Your one stop construction needs platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can hold all of our projects in one place, track from design to build phase and track everything from budget, change orders, to invoicing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything I don't like so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where to start.. We have been able to really update our invoicing system with Procore. Having our clients submit invoicing through Procore makes things smooth and straight forward and way less room for error,
Procore helps keep all the job essentials easily centralized.
What do you like best about the product?
The Drawing, RFI, and submittal modules are great. Budget and Punch List too.
What do you dislike about the product?
THAT YOU CANT ADJUST OVERLAYS!!!! Needs to chane. The PCO / PCCO module is confusing and often takes me the most time. Also the subcontractor invoicing module confuses me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Document management is easy. Procore helps me keep all my project documents organized and practically unable to get lost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore is great at basic things. Document Managment. But more complex things like billings, it isnt great for. Use it for what its good at.
The best all-around construction management software tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a one stop location for a majority of the tools necessary to manage a construction project, both for the field and office. It's easy to use and has been simple for our 'older' field staff to incorporate into their process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very challenging to keep up with the many updated tools added or available throughout the year (thankfully, with very little effort, it's easy to learn said new tools). In addition, the software is somewhat expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're in the process of intigrating Procore to manage the project financials; through this process we've been forced to update and change our cost codes, which was something that needed to take place regardless of the change to Procore Financials. In addition, the punch list tool is stream lining our punch list management process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look no further; Procore is the best construction project management software available on the market.
Procore is the BEST Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to manage all contract documents in one place and that it is web-based. I use all the management tools, from budget control, subcontract writing to utilizing the change orders tool both for sub-contractors to writing PCCO for the owners.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I most dislike about Procore is the formatting in the "Commitments" tool for Sub-Contract / Purchase Order writing. I would like to see this tool work more like MS Word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving in Procore are real-time budget control. I can see where the buyout is over or under weekly as I cost code invoices and use the cost to complete feature. This allows me to move money in the budget accordingly.
Excelent project management capabilities at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a very versatile piece of software that covers a wide range of challenges that all construction managers handle on daily basis. Contact Management per job, Submittal & RFIs workflows and approvals with ease of communication on mobile devices. Also, syncing with Primavera schedules is a time-saver, and allows views for updated project schedules in calendars. Procore does all of these things very well. Procore also allows great insights into projects using its powerful combination con Power Bi.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way prequalifications work is not enough to support all the information we need to handle properly the process of all our subcontractors and suppliers. I would like to be improvements on reports, data handling and prequalification form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking functionality is a plus by linked budgets, prime contratcs and other with SAGE made this an easy trasition pretty much all the time. Document and drawings management control is also a time-saver for our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore has all that a GC and a construction team need to manage projects most effectively.
Procore is an awesome tool that we use in almost every aspect of managing our construction projects.

I like the usefulness of all the tools and I love that we can manage our projects 100% through one project management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs and issues within certain tools, but they seem to get better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use Procore to help solve problems and it is very efficient.

Procore is an awesome resource and should be fully implemented with all of the tools they offer.
Easer to navigate than other construction sites

When the GC uses it to its full potential and all plans, RFI's, and submittals are updated.

Sometimes it kicks you back to sign in when you try to open a document?

We are reviewing plans, RFI's, and submittals and responding to RFI's after response.
Procore Review
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and use Procore to store and document all relevant information for my site. The use of RFI, Submittals, Transmittals, Reports, documents for both major companies and subcontractors is beyond convenient for all to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike once everyone using it knows how to navigate through the system. How could the product be better? Perhaps by explaining to new users the best place to put pertinent documents and how to use certain tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that I solved by using Procore was that my major company needed certain documents, and no one could locate them. Luckily for me, I had them in a safe location via Procore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a program to keep documents organized, track progress, and follow all your RFIs, Transmittals, Submittals, and more, then look no further!
Procore - GK
What do you like best about the product?
Procore's tech support is the absolute best I have experienced in 30 years. I use the Drawings Tab extensively. Yes, these words I have written and spoken a number of times. The folks at Tech Support were always patient with me as I learned the ins and outs. For GK I have become the person who handles all reviews and uploads to the Drawings tab. For GK only the latest approved review is on drawings all other version remain in Documents - Contractor Correspondance. The system works as it is advertised with enough flexibility to fit any scenario. Perhaps the strongest feature is the redline tool as far as field verification is concerned. Great Job!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to extract text values from the PDF using Procore. For example:

I figure that even if you dumped all text values to a spreadsheet deleting & correcting would go much easier and be a huge savings.
Also we should discuss adding instrument and equipment specifications linked to an Equipment tag.
