Primary software used to manage all our projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Procore allows you to track every part of your project in one software. It is convenient to have the schedule, budget, subcontracts, and other documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes about Procore. I would like for it to have better preconstruction capabilities by bidding out the work to subcontractors and prequalifying subcontractors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has helped us contain all the information in one place. The capabilities of this software have helped someone new in the industry manage a project due to its capabilities.
Procore is a Construction Project Team's One Stop Shop
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Procore is that all tools are located on a single platform and all integrate and talk to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if the project cost codes would automatically populate based on the budget uploaded in the Project Admin Tool to sync with ERP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving redundancy issues and keying errors by having tools speak directly to each other and only requiring entry once.
Advantages of Procore
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is easy to operate. Once you learn it, everything is at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not fan of the newly updated version of the invoices for the Subcontractors.
I believe it takes more time with this version to process the invoices.

The Submittal and RFI modules of Procore are very beneficial and aids in quick turn around of both.

What do you like best about the product?
Have all of your project data in one place for all team members to access. Can connect to our accounting system to eliminate duplications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that could use some improving such as workflow set-up, correspondence and change events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing data from wherever you are, office or field. Connecting to our accounting system to eliminate duplication. Sharing of documents

What do you like best about the product?
It is being able to manage project submittals, budgets, and RFIs. The user interface is also straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting is not easily accessible. I would like to see a better budget report with filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage subcontractors and Owner expectations. We've benefited by being able to clearly communicate with all parties. Business performance has increased tremendously.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization of the program, and the simplicity of using the program and training new members on the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not used the bidding function much because it does not fit in with the way our company likes to do the financials

We have solved the problem of making sure that the field and our subs are all looking at the most current documents for the job.

Give it a try. Totally worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps the daily construction activities and paperwork organized. Procore keeps the job running smoothly daily. Plan and submittal organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somtimes daily log photos do not upload and the step has to be repeated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational issues are solved as everything you need to build your project are easily accessible in the app. Production is improved and less downtime searching for answers.

It is an excellent investment to assist your field operations in running more efficiently.

The submittals tool does not operate like it should. The ball in court doesn't go straight to the previous person when they are rejected.

What do you like best about the product?
The up-to-date information. It is real-time, and it makes it easy for everyone on the project to get quick and correct information. The integration with the plans is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have to click on several different places to get to where you need to be. Also, the directory could be a little more user-friendly when inputting companies and then adding people to those compnaies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems with subcontractors not having up-to-date information such as plans. With Procore, that has helped a lot. The subs now have information much quicker than having to email out all changes.
Very easy to use and sort documents
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple sections can be created to sort documents which makes managing projects easier
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to preview attachments without opening them in a new page or downloading
