Great all exclusive construction program
What do you like best about the product?
In our organization, help me track change orders, contracts with vendors, owners, and our guys in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not be able to go back to some change orders to make adjustments with put all PCCO before the one I need to adjust in pending mode.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it allows our field personnel and in-office personnel to collaborate with ease is GREAT! We can upload documents for "internal" use only, as well as share files with subcontractors. The directory is also an extremely helpful function.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the cost were lower, we would be happy. However, I do feel it is a value nonetheless. As of this time there is nothing I dislike about the program.

Collaboration with the field personnel.
Procore is great and it helps everyone on the team be on the same page throughout the project

I like that it provides a single place for all project-related documents

Most of the features are tailored to GC's, it would be better if there were a different layout or something more catered to Specialty Contractors (Electrical Subs)

Procore is making it easier and faster to find project documents

Procore is great, you have to take the time to learn it before you roll it out, so you can help your team during implementation.
Procore is great for project management on a construction project!

Mobile App is a little difficult to use.

Real time data and more efficient using this program!

Construction is going digital, and this is the most comprehensive program out there for construction managment.

It's easy for new subs to onboard and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is pretty expensive. Some components of it aren't worth the added costs.

Construction Project Management - Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
RFI and financial tracking are stellar. The days of word and excel documents, sharing files, and manually manipulating tedious number systems are things of the past.
On the field end, it has made daily reporting easy for even the most basic of technology users. In fact, if anything, it has made them more productive because they can do all their data entry reporting from their phone app rather then open a laptop, work off an excel sheet and email it to the PM. Everything is auto-populated, including images.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few personal touches to us that could always be perfected, but in general all in all this isn't a tool I don't think we could live without.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that I know of. There are random technical things but they are typically attended to and remedied within minutes of being questioned to the on-line chat or phone call.
Great with Project Engineering Tasks, subpar on financials
What do you like best about the product?
Drawing tool. Extremely strong, keeps old drawings organized, ensures everyone is building off new drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The financial side is not very strong. It doesn't allow for a multitude of things, such as oddly structured contracts (two prime contracts on a single project where we only use one subcontract). Additionally in the projections/forecasting, needs more functions for typing in, rather than just overall cost to complete. Such as remaining costs, % complete, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem this has solved is ensuring subcontractors are building off the latest prints.

I love the organization and simplification of project documents and drawings

I don't particularly appreciate that we were sold on Procore's ability to do specific things that it still can not do three years later.

We are able to communicate from the office to the field much easier than before.
Great Construction Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is constantly updating or changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no faults to the Procore program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has helped solve all of the daily problems on the construction site and mitigate the loss of communication between the field and the office staff.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best decision you can make when it comes to managing your construction projects. All of your document control, financials, etc., are all housed in one place in Procore.
User friendly and organized
What do you like best about the product?
It provides unlimited licences which helps the subcontractors working on the field to access the drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer that the submittal revision and submission is more used friendly when uploading files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drawing distribution. Request for information, daily reporting and pumchlist which is very useful.
