Best All-in-One Construction Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has all the tools needed for managing multiple construction projects. Instead of relying on multiple programs for project bids, drawings, documents, H&S etc., Procore has it all. Their training and support team is also phenominal.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides noted besides the price of the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting project documents, drawings, rfis, submittals, photos, daily reports. Almost all project management tasks can be done through Procore.
Procore has been a game changer.
What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility and ease of use is by far the best option in Project Management software that I have come across. I use Procore every day to monitor projects across the country and it makes life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating thru drawings can be difficult, especially if it is a large set. No one has gotten then completely solved. Trying to find specific submittals can be a challenge sometimes, but Procore has improved this with the advanced search options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By allowing photos to be taken and uploaded without taking up any space on your phone has been wonderful. It has also made life simpler with the submittal generator and the tracking of any items that require action.
Use of Procore for international projects
What do you like best about the product?
Since our company specializes in construction projects abroad all over Europe, Procore allows our project management teams to have a semi-independent construction process. There is no need for extra excel sheets, phone calls from the HQ, or any other type of report to check on the project's health. Procore package together with analytics tool allows us to monitor everything from the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tool fieldsets could use more flexibility, Perrmisions could be more detailed, and some functions like tasks could be reoccurring. Also, Procore is Heavily focused on US market, would like more expanstion to Europe
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, Procore solves the problem of lost or inconsistent data. Before Procore, projects would use their templates for issue logs, assigned tasks, or timesheets, but now, everything is in one place, and if a project management team member moves to a different project, he does not need to readjust to their liking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! When we looked into all possible construction management software, we thought we would find a 100% match for our company, but that's not the case. Every company has its way of doing construction, and there's no such thing as a perfect match, but Procore, with its wide range of tools, indeed comes close to perfect.

What do you like best about the product?
Everybody that has input can stay up to date on all projects at all times.

Procore is a great platform with very little to no downside.

It is a great way to keep everybody in the loop. There is no lack of communication.
Overall, Procore is the most comprehensive construction management software on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore allows us to manage our projects from bidding to closeouts and client turnover while collecting all the information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure is challenging to try add-on products. We are interested in the BIM and Pre-Construction Tools, but the pricing structure doesn't match the value of the state of the products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Procore allows us to provide real-time project information to all stakeholders involved with the project. Procore's structure allows us to keep the whole team in the know in lieu of traditional licensing per user structure that limits the information to fewer users.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of all the project documents on the admin end, and all the up-to-date plans and specs is so helpful. I have found that I am able to handle more projects because of this help. My whole team can see everything in one place, which helps with communication and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a closeout feature. I would like to have help compiling O&Ms at the end of my projects. Also, being able to "as-built" the specs would be great.

Procore helps to keep me organized and on track.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the reminders very helpful - overdue submittals etc. Our owners appreciate the ability to see up to date photos, drawings and reference meeting minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been struggling with glitches with Sage ERP. Procore ERP support has also had challenges figuring out how to sync PCCOs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often reference photos at a certain time to check construction.
Keeping submittal moving through the approval process is exceptionally helpful.
Also, tracking when commitments are sent to subcontractors which enables proof when overdue.

What do you like best about the product?
You have information in your hands using your cellphone, iPad, computer, less paper... you can connect with your partners and the sponsors can check the advance end reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can´t subdivide the main project into small ones

meeting notes, invoices for tax exoneration, design process, cost control, RFis, submittals, specifications, all plans, photographs, schedule, and all that helps to manage the project well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
use courses, certifications, follow all videos that they have to know more about how to use it.

The tools & method of communication inbuilt into Procore make it one of the most powerful softwares to supplement onsite progress

Procore is occasionally slow to load from a network perspective (maybe a couple seconds to load a page)
