Great User Interface, but Scheduling Tool Needs More Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is much friendlier than a lot of other similar softwares. It let's you more easily navigate the tool and find what you're looking for
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling tool needs more functionality and tie ins with other tools. Relying on updating the schedule via P6 or Microsoft projects doesn't give the same data that real time updates would
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm really excited for the new materials tool. We focus mostly on off-site construction, so getting a detailed materials tool is going to really help with production tracking and deliveries
Great for Document Management

Document management is what I like best about Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part of Procore is getting subcontractors to use and understand the benefits of Procore.

Procore solves the problem of tracking submittals and RFI's

Empowers Project Management with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy the setup process was, supported by excellent support teams. Procore effectively streamlines our processes and I find the budget planning and resource management features incredibly useful. The functionality and variety of options available make it a valuable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the training center lacking in functionality as it does not allow tracking the use of employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product streamlines our processes, improving efficiency by utilizing budget planning and resource management features.
Can't complete our jobs without it

Procore provides a centralized location to communicate with all project stakeholders, store data, and track project progress in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a smaller company so sometimes items that are priority for us are not as big a priority for the rest of the Procore user base and therefore do not get a lot of attention
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is supplying our prime with daily site manager logs keeping all parties aware of progress and informed about where our schedule is taking us next. This eliminates the need for constant check in calls and emails
Super Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. I like how it connects everyone on the job site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading times between the different tools and the time it takes to load up different jobs.

Keeping everyone on the same page with alignment.
Innovative and Comprehensive, but Pricing Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore is on the forefront of all things technology and working hard to consistently innovate. They offer all tools that a General Contractor could and would ever use as well as very open with other software integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say the pricing model needs work as it's a large hit on our books and it's very alacart vs. just an all in take everything model based on usage.

User-Friendly and Feature-Rich for Every Department
What do you like best about the product?
It is SO easy to use and it has a lot of features for every department

So far nothing, i've been using ir for a couple of months

Budget Control, it is so great and SO easy to SEE the budget status
Great for Construction Management, but Updates Disrupt Workflow
