Procore Review Construction GC
What do you like best about the product?
Submittal and RFI tools are great. In general, filtering options can always get better and more opportunities in the report tools but being able to customize and track paperwork is awesome. Very easy to learn and work through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally glitches and when opening drawings it takes a long time to load. Sync between devices needs to improve as well so that things stay up to date and iPad / iPhone Procore should become more similar to web base so the same tasks can be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track submittals and RFIs, meeting notes, custom reports for LEED projects, inspections for building completion stages, safety reports. We also track COVID forms and daily forms for trades showing us the workforce and what workis going on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a employee to PC 100% worth it. Makes my job far easier and more streamlined. Very helpful in the field on my IPad and keeps documenting organized.
I think it is a great all around platform

They have a really good customer service. The RFIs and Submittals are great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a way to creat close out documents or O&Ms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a platform that can do everything, from Financial, planning, documentation. This seems to take care of a lot.
Procore has made life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to process submittals and RFI's to the architect. Also love how everything is in Procore: Drawings, RFI's, submittals, CO's, contracts, pictures, etc..

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like editing drawings. They should find a way to collaborate with BlueBeam so you have more options when editing. There should also be the ability to mark-up spec sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to link your Procore job to JD Edwards. This solves the discommunication between the project management and accounting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. You won't regret it. I use to have constructware and this is a million times better.

It solves the problem of keeping track of deadlines and material use.
Procore - Constructions Best Friend!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a fantastic communication tool between the office and the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a specialty contractor and use Procore for both our projects internally and the GC's externally. Right now, Procore does not allow the two systems to talk, so there is a lot of double work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always struggled to get information to the field promptly. Now with Procore, we can get information out instantly. We are also able to automate our field payroll instead of manually entering everything into our accounting software.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore is user-friendly! Their software is easy to understand and navigate both on the web browser and on the mobile app. We just recently started utilizing their timesheets function, and it's going to cut our payroll processing time in half!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have heard some negative feedback about response time from Procore. It also seems like updates change a lot of the features - so when we just get used to doing a process one way, it changes to how we have to do it next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Procore all of our carpenters had to handwrite their timesheets for the week. It's sometimes difficult to decipher handwriting. Procore has a timesheets function that has taken that away. Again, payroll processing and input time is much faster.

I like how every part of the software is integrated together. I also like the numerous third party integrations

Total project management. Great for tracking and analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has helped us to become more efficient and effective. The different tools support almost any aspect of the project delivery, everything in one place. The software is intuitive for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling component of the software is not very useful for us. Also, sometimes is difficult to keep up with the multiple changes/improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we adopted Procore, we used a tool developed in-house. It was helpful for some years, but after some time, it was difficult to update it what became a problem. Our productivity has improved and the maintenance of the software is not a concern anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
This app makes our work easier when compared to other application. Easy to set up and maintain.
Executive dashboard and Health dashboard is a good option for the administrator to manage workflow and know the status of the project. The start date and end date make us work on the project and complete it on time without a miss. Department and office and department wise option will help us to track the project process. And due to this, it will easy for us to understand bottleneck and any issues to resolve from time to time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Health Dashboard should offer some automatic notification for the user which will be useful for a smooth workflow. The issue with automatic email, some times we won't get it. Tough I whitelisted this domain on our exchange admin still facing the issue. They need to rectify this. Other than this best tool for construction.

Creating new projects. Assign tasks to departments. Fixing user login or project update issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore has strong management maintaining capability and also we can manage our workflow easily with the help of project and health dashboards. Easy to manage using a mobile app wherever you are, means you can manage your work on the go. Since we are sharing actual live data with a client they are very impressed with our work due to this app. If you looking for any construction management please go head and purchase Procore without doubt.
