Been waiting 20 years for this system!

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the features, especially the daily log for the field and the forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mark up icons for the drawings need to have more usable symbols something similar to bluebeam
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy of access to information and collaboration. Benefits include instant information, constant communication

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is easy to navigate from different tools and modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Procore itself. I would like to have more options for our projects but that is in the works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My favorite feature thus far is the locations tool; making life easier for project teams through the cycle of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can store everything pertaining to our jobs in one place and have access to it 24/7 with just a log in
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that once a company decides to use Procore there is more of a roll out process to help a company use the tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving out organizational flaws, and allowing for questions to be answered quickly because the program can be easily searched.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Procore because it allows for all parties involved to have access to all the documents allows for a quality project to be on time an successful.

High Quality Online Based Project Management Software for Contractors

What do you like best about the product?
Online collaboration that works across all devices and apps for iOS devices make it simple to collaborate between the field and office. Hands down, this is the best software for collaboration on plans, contract management, field reporting and cost management.
The biggest improvement to our business processes is a central spot for collaboration from Architect, Owner, Contractor and subs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with accounting software are difficult and inconsistent. There are some recommended improvements that are much needed that seem to not get as much attention as needed to be on the development roadmap.
The drawing markup tools and takeoff/dimensioning tools are clunky and not up to standards of some other third party options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing documents/drawings, RFI submission and tracking, Submittal Tracking, Bid invitations and management, Cost tracking and change order management.
We have realized a great improvement on the time it takes to distribute drawing updates, RFI responses and manage the Submittal process from subs, to architect and then back to subs.
This also stores all of this information for access by field, owner and for future record.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this for any subcontractor or General contractor looking to improve their software tools and collaboration efforts. Even for small contractors, this tool is very useful if implemented and used across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
So far I like both the customer service of its representatives and the community support this product has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features are getting updated based off reviews and ideas from Procore uses. Quality is simply what the customer or stakeholder needs from the project deliverables and at this time the only thing I dislike it not having an android workaround on signing the observations/inspections. Most of our team will use Apple tablets so its a minor item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps collaborate, enables faster management of conditions, faster management of report writing and going paperless.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to standardize company processes, distribute and communicate with the field, and being able to access all my documents anywhere on the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of training is required to set up procore the way that works best for you, training the field crew can also be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to distribute documents immediately to the field, automation of tasks such as submittal reminders, being able to generate reports for every type of item.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get my field team the most current drawings or information in real time, and vice versa, has been a game changer! We are able to do this with our General Contractors as well, and this has been a huge improvement over the paper version way of 5+ years ago!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that my Procore could communicate with the GC's Procore. It's called Procore to Procore, and we are working on it in beta testing, so hopefully soon we will be able to do this! It would be a huge improvement to our efficiency and success, and we are always looking for ways to improve in those areas!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have our field guys working off a hard set of plans, and when the plans changed, which they do frequently, they never seemed to have the most up to date set. This has helped to minimize that problem. This saves us time and money!

Making a Difference with Data

What do you like best about the product?
Having a central repository for documents, drawings, models etc... makes the most efficient use of our time. Accessing on PC, Mac, and all mobile devices keeps the data that we need near at all times. Gone are the days of dropped VPN connections
What do you dislike about the product?
The chief issue that I have is that the BIM models are not viewable on Android devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting up to the minute changes and details into the hands of the field teams

We would not want to be without Procore. That's the best recommendation that I can make.

What do you like best about the product?
Its Ease of access, accuracy and customization features to fit our business needs
What do you dislike about the product?
After adding a few customization features it removes so of the available tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every single projects starts and ends within Procore, from an administration/financial point of view.
We have provided our entire project team with a single platform to operate from.
We have benefited in many ways but most specifically reducing wait times for approval and by providing a clear dashboard to our project team and overall managed to lower our overhead

Make Your Project Management Easier

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is like a virtual filing cabinet, print table, secretary, library shelf, connection tool all rolled into one.
I have been working with this platform for over 6 years now and with each passing year, the tools and capabilities increase to meet the demands of the industry. The year 2020 challenged the entire construction field. Procore made it possible for us not to miss a beat while we were all scattered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the General Contractor's and the Subcontractor's accounts "talked" to each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is the way to lump everything Procore does for us into a single phrase.
No longer do people have to rummage through papers or prints, hoping to get the right one from the sea of paper.
The latest releases of everything are right at your fingertips.
Having everyone from the Foremen in the field to the PM's in the office to the folks in accounting all working on the same thing makes for a load off of everyone's shoulders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
On first glance, it may look intimidating to the non-tech people out there.
This platform is so simple to learn, provides amazing support for both the highly technical questions to the simplest of issues.
I have never waited more than 24 hours for a response back and normally it's within an hour of reaching out.
The sales folks are NOT high pressure and do not oversell you on services you may not need.
