Procore Keeps Us Organized, but Customization and Simplicity Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has worked well for us by keeping all our data organized in the right place. The main challenge we face is encouraging our field staff to consistently enter their data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tools sometimes feel a bit bloated, and it would be great if we had the ability to fully customize them by removing fields as needed.

Most complete system for managing the entire construction process.

The rising cost is becoming increasingly difficult to manage and is causing me concern.

It has been useful in ensuring that daily tasks are properly documented and formally recorded.
Great for Centralizing Project Data, But Lacks Owner-GC Connectivity

It helps me track a budget for the user group and update them in real time where we are at.
Great Support and Updates, but CMiC Integration Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The access to support and training. Also love that needs are addressed and updates are made consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
CMiC Integration still has issues with accurate data (mostly budgets).

Change events and budgets syncing with CMiC integration.
Intuitive and Easy to Learn, with Great Online Resources
What do you like best about the product?
It's more intuitive than anything we've ever used. Training is easier because it's easy for new users to figure out. The online resources are incredible, new users can typically find their own answers very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything big I can think of. We've been asking for a material procurement solution for a couple of years, but they've made movement over the last year so hoping that gap will be closed soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation and communication with the field has improved exponentially. Real time updates with project conditions as well as labor updates.

They are still struggling to appeal fully to subcontractors in the industry. A lot of the focus is still on GCs and owners.

Helpful Financial Analytics, but Procore is Still Evolving with us Alongside
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics provided for financial management reporting are useful for evaluating the overall health of a job. They make it easier to assess how well a project is performing from a financial perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still ongoing improvements being made, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Problems we encountered three years ago—and spent hours trying to resolve—are no longer present today. It's definitely positive that progress continues, but sometimes it feels as though we're evolving alongside Procore, rather than using a product that's already fully developed. Still, one can hope!

This platform is helping to foster collaboration and streamline communication among our company's internal employees, subcontractors, and owners.
Efficient Automation, but Inconsistent Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
it works as it should and automates the construction process. the customer support is a hit or miss at times but when you do reach them, they make the use of the tool extremely user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
my project teams do not enjoy having to be logged out every 30 minutes, even though it is a security requirement.
