What do you like best about the product?
Mainly the ease of using the program across all trades, drawings, request, schedules and countless more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only somewhat dislike in it was having to wait for certain processes in doing request from who starts it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest pro was being able to cross with other trades in live time to be able to handle any number of conflicts and get the job done smoother.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn everything you can it will make everything much easier in the long run.

I enjoy Procures integration and reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Submittal tracking and RFI coordination have been streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
You can take a project from its inception to its completion all within procore. You dont need any other software to navigate the many aspects of a construction project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions aren't very intuitive without watching tons videos to learn them all. (Great once you do though) Sometimes you have to go back and forth through screens to figure out why "errors" are happening. Trial and error by some cases. Theres not always a clear cut answer on the support FAQ's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with subs and clients has been a breeze which has allowed production to increase. Utilizing document sharing and approving through procore is a great feature

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service is top notch. I have never worked with a software company that has such a knowledgeable support team. The product is easy to use and our field loves it. The BIM modeling is a new feature we just purchased and our field is so excited to start using it. Being able to enter time, view drawings, create submittals and complete a punch list all in one place makes life so much easier. We evaluated so many systems and nothing compared to Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with Viewpoint Vista a little easier than it does. I wish it could do more markups on drawings than it currently can. Many of our guys will pull it out of Procore and mark it up in Bluebeam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's one complete place for our field to document, communicate, and review drawings and bim models. It makes office to field communications so much easier. It has helped our company to standardize documentation, forms and data that flows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a fantastic product with amazing support. I am so glad we decided to go with Procore. We are in the process of evaluating additional features of the product, including Bid Management and Financial Management.

None that I’ve encountered. Their customer service is great and any time I run into an issue, they are quick to get me on the right track.

It has enabled us to quickly and easily track and share information both within our company and with project owners

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is comprehensive, collaborative and innovative. The entire Procore staff is customer focused and always working to provide value to the end user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is an incredible software with a lot of diverse tools but each tool is lacking in some ways. It is hard to perfect such a detailed platform.

Great tool if used correctly

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to follow organization, good for one stop shop to find information for your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some clients send all information to all users which creates overload and makes it difficult to weed out the useful information. Also, RFI responses should be loaded in by text as well as attached. When people use only the attachment it creates more steps and another layer to unpack to get the information you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My only problem is when my GC utilizes the program poorly. It is beneficial to find current submittals, RFIs and drawings even if the GC failed to send them to the team. That does create extra work of having to go in to look for what may have been updated without your knowledge though.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore is a powerful platform as long as it is used purposefully and ease of use for your users is kept in mind when organizing the information.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has given you the ability to maintain every construction document in one location and provided you with access to this information even when you’re on the move via the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot to dislike, I've used multiple construction management software and Procore is by far the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has helped us achieve minimal rework as a result of design changes by requiring our subcontractors to use the drawings tool. The drawing tool is managed by our Management team and always keep up to date.

Gets everyone on the same page

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search the complete project at once. Have you ever tried to remember when a contractor did a specific task on a project from a year ago, or even 5 years ago? Well just type in a few key words and it will search and find it. Of course, this is all dependent on how well you input the raw data. Daily reports, submittals, rfi's meeting minutes. If you wrote down "AHU install", it will find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawing tab has good qualities, but I do use Bluebeam more for field work. When my subcontractors want to see their shop drawings, they have to open a submittal and then flip thru the sheets. With Bluebeam we can make the access to the real drawings used to install CMU, ductwork, plumbing, etc, you need shop drawings. And sometimes the ability to use wifi isn't readily available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of creating observations to track work that is not installed yet, needs correction or realizing a safety issue; are invaluable. I forget alot. The observation tool helps me to remember along with my contractors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that they're always making improvements and asking their customers to provide feedback. They're constantly working on additional integrations with other systems and platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
When Procore first started, they offered the entire platform for a set fee based on your annual revenue. Now, new modules cost more. I was sold on the concept that it was 'all inclusive' and find it disappointing that it isn't the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized project information, collecting and categorizing project folders, the manual RFI and Submittal process... and more. We save a lot of time and effort by using Procore.
