Procore Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and straightforward it is to use the app. If I need something done quickly, it's easy to find the tab, complete my work, and do whatever I need to with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. I like using Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made things a lot easier. Makes it easy to communicate and share info between coworkers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the switch to Procore. The app is very easy to use. Especially when being out in the field, having the app available, and then being able to sit down at a computer and have everything right there.

All the documents are stored in one place and it is extremely easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site crashes often. RFI progress can also get deleted due to inactivity.

Document control on a jobsite.
Best Comprehensive Construction Software
What do you like best about the product?
Procore helps keep everything in one place. Gone are the days of using excel, dropbox, google drive etc to manage and share files and collaborate. I can keep my whole team all in one place and everyone up to date in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features are quite cumbersome to use. Creating custom reports can be challenging when you have endless options. I feel as though we use Procore for all our needs but there is still much more that remains untapped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to distribute drawings and sketches as they come out. We are working on an existing building where there are a lot of drawing revisions and sketches that get released. It would be next to impossible to get all these documents out to the subs and the field before Procore. But now i can upload the new drawing and within seconds everyone receives a notification that a new drawing is issued. It is really limiting mistakes in the field.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite tool in procore is the documents tool. The documents tool makes it easy to view and share files from anywhere. I can access files from my phone or tablet while in the field instead of relying on my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no procurement log tool. It would be nice to have this connected to the submittals tool. I find that I am constantly doing double data entry. If there was a procurement log tool that could link to the schedule and submittals tools, this would be very useful and efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore drawings tool helps to ensure that everyone has the most up to date drawings, revisions, and sketches. With the amount of changes that occur in a project it is hard to ensure that everyone has the most up to date paper plans. By the foremen relying on procore on their ipads for drawings, we can ensure that they have the most up to date drawings set.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Procore. It is easy to use and easy to learn. New users will be productive very quickly with minimal training required.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my only complaints would be the time it takes to upload new drawings. Having used Procore for four years now, I have noticed that the time it takes to upload and process new drawings for a project is increasing. I can only assume that is due to the quantity of users and the amount of data Procore's servers need to deal with now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps provide project teams and companies have a single platform for all project related documentation and data. Its ease of use has helped it grow across all users and its portability is invaluable while standing in the middle of a jobsite.

What do you like best about the product?
You can find all that you might need in one single place. It makes the same information available to everyone, in real-time. I like having the ability to bid a job on Procore, and then after the job is awarded, it continues to unfold via Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the new features should be available to all. Many new tools are being released but are an extra cost. Also, while it's pretty easy to manage and learn, it does take a little while to familiarize yourself with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can quickly catch any changes made via completed RFI's or ASK's, as we get notifications on anything released. It is also an excellent hub for up-to-date information and drawings.
Great Field Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has greatly reduced the amount of paper required, and maintains a timestamped log of all activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a ways to go with their financials / change management products for CM@R in particular

We are using Procore for all field project management applications. Our superintendents, in particular, love it.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Procore over the past five years has enabled me to improve my site management in ways I previously did not know were possible.
Streamlined communication and the ability to document and manage all parts of the job in one place are my favorite aspects.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is getting better by the day. I still struggle with the drawings markup page being too easy to engage accidentally. I would like an option to lock this out and not have it pop up so easily. Also, the daily log tool is clunky. I prefer more of a spreadsheet-type layout that can be PDF'd and copied easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have company wide standardization and access to the same information on every job. Productivity has gone up for sure, especially during close out.
Simple, Quick, and Best Construction Management platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using Procoreis having all project documentation in your pocket at all times. The user can use all the tools from Procore and only need one app to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature that is most disliked about Procore is the fact that when you have an idea or have a feature that needs to be changed just a little to benefit everyone using Procore, the Procore team is very responsive but the feature is not worked on in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving with Procore are having the most up to date drawings, specs, and submittals in the pocket of all Project team members without having to search through emails or paper drawings.
