Collaboration at its Finest!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore gives everyone the access they need whether they are in the office or in the field on a mobile device. This allows everyone to collaborate together in real time!
What do you dislike about the product?
the amount of emails that are sent out but the flip side is this is also a benefit as Procore sends the reminders and notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The field staff having easy access to project. Especially having the drawings on their mobile device. They don't have to go back to the office to look at the paper copies. They have it in their hands no matter where they are standing on the project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore is an "Enterprise solution" in that it has everything we need in one platform. It allows everyone to have real time access whether they are in the office or the field.
Amazing Progarm
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is so simple to use yet so effective. It helps streamline so many different things. From Submittals, to RFI's, to Punch list. It is so convenient to have everything we need in one progarm.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about procore. It is an awesome tool. The only pitfall is that if you forget to close the app on a mobile device, it will drain your battery very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to hand write punch lists, scan them in, and send them out has been a huge benefit. Being able to put Submittals and RFI's into someones court so they get pinged everyday they do not answer saves me time so i do not have to email/call them every day, Procore does it for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is an excellent way to keep projects organized and on track. Being able to quickly and effectively communicate with OPMs, Architects, and Subcontractors makes Procore a great tool for any project. It is easy to navigate and having the ability to use the software on a tablet or mobile device really sets it apart from other similar software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The high cost of Procore makes it less ideal for small companies and even some larger companies may opt for a cheaper software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore makes handling all of the paperwork associated with projects much easier to manage.

The integrations with other programs. The systems talking to eachother helps all departments

Some areas have to much input area that aren't customizable enough

Integration and ease of use. Even the most stubborn of staff can use it if set up properly

ProCore makes it incredibly easy to manage pretty much every part of the construction process. It is perfect for the field to see everything that we are seeing in the office

The only thing I would say I dislike is the constant notifications I get from ProCore everyday

Problems regarding seeing the most up to date drawings is becoming easier to remedy with ProCore

Best Construction Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I'm able to mark up drawings in real time on the site, and I love that I can reference RFIs, sketches, etc. on the contract drawings so that everyone can be aware of the latest and greatest revisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's inconvenient that there isn't an easy way to automatically copy certain documents from the GC/ owner Procore to your own subcontractor Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore eliminates the excuse from any subcontractor that they don't have the information available. Everything that you put on Procore is readily available for anyone you give access to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider past history with issuing information to subcontractors and vendors. If you've noticed having a hard time sharing documents and information with your project team, Procore will make your life a million times easier. Everyone has all the information at their fingertips, whether it's specs, drawings, RFIs, submittals, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is intuitive and easy to use. The mobile app is very helpful when on your phone or ipad walking a job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain times of day, uploads can be slow

Keeping up to date drawings in all subcontractors hands. Having one place to track & house all RFI's & Submittals is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all of the tools that I use to manage commercial construction projects on a single platform is a huge time-saver. Some great features include high-level project reporting; automated report distribution; remote time entry at the job site using the mobile app; granular permissions; tools for documenting observations, events, and inspections; unlimited file storage capacity; photos; drawing mark-ups; drawing version controls; automated submittal extraction from specifications; and so many more features.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been a company-level administrator, end-user, trainer, and implementation specialist since we first adopted Procore a couple of years ago. I haven't found anything that I would label as a "dislike." An area in which I would like to see some improvements is an offering of industry-standard templates for some of the tools. I realize every company has its own unique perspective on industry standards, but a template offering a starting point for new users would be immensely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ability to keep all project information in one location in a standardized format has created huge efficiencies and increased accountability to other team members. No more "individualized" methods for organizing project information. As Operations Manager, I can use my Executive Dashboard to quickly evaluate the health of all of our projects and address specific areas of concern with individuals when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow and ease of use. Easy for old dogs to use and learn new tricks.
What do you dislike about the product?
the way files are saved in it currently but this months Procore release shows an update coming to fix this issue. Cant wait.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document storage and access. I have the whole project at my fingertips at a moments notice.
