What do you like best about the product?
The app integrations, training options, Groundbreak, and the support provided by our representatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some improvements to be made in the directory and drawings modules. We also run into lags with the accounting portion on occasion, which holds up work until the issues are resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to streamline processes into one application, and store all of our documentation in a centralized location, saving us an immense amount of time. Performing closeout is becoming easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest in the app integrations and in-depth training.
THE COMPLETE PACKAGE
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is the best of the breed with all the necessary construction management tasks covered in one package
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to say about this. The updates come often based on user feedback so you need to keep up with the changes to make sure you are using the software to its fullest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperless and coordination with all the other team members (architects, engineers, subcontractors and owners in one intuitive package

Make the switch right now! GREAT customer service and the complete integrated package of everything you need to run a project.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is easy to use. It is generally intuitive and makes the project organization simple to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to get the entire project team using it correctly, which limits efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a lot nice features that I used to use several different programs for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If possible, do a full implementation of the software. There will be growing pains but the benefits will outweigh clinging to your old way of doing things.

What do you like best about the product?
That Procore has changed how Jobs are run these days. To be onsite and have everything to you at the click of a button is a game changer. If you go back 5-10 years ago and what you had to do onsite to get details, submittals, or drawings on the site you would have to go back into your trailer get on your computer and look up all this information. With Procore this helps save time and have all of your information on the server were you can reach it anywhere. I wouldn't go back to the old ways if you paid me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only really knock I have on it is the schedule. If you could actually build the schedule and change the schedule on Procore that would be great. The Procore Sync does go down a lot of the time also. There has been many times where we have been on the phone with techs. Other than that I think Procore is great!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Different drawings. Making sure that everyone is running off the same drawings and that they are syncing there information so they can get all the latest PR's, RFI's Submittals.

I like that it offers some very good features - both on the desk top app and on the PROCORE mobile app- both devices are very useful!!
What do you dislike about the product?
That email is not on the Mobile app - yet! And Procore needs to take advantage to the need for it to build, grow, and maintain a Solid nationwide Bidding tool(s)…...etc..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped create processes to help us meet our State and OSHA's requirements brought about because of COVID-19

Do your due diligence to compare many systems like PROCORE as there is no one perfect system!

What do you like best about the product?
Great to have drawings in one place along with submittals, RFIs, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most contractors are old school and not tech savvy at all. It is tough to deal with them

Budgets never match up with our accounting dept budget.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is not only easy and intuitive to use, but the customer service is awesome too! They give their users the chance to make suggestions on how to improve the software, and the actually really evaluate the suggestions, they put the suggestions to get feedback to other users to find out the overall audience for such an improvement, and they actually make changes. That is my favorite part of being a Procore user. The tools that are available for the project managers, superintendents, and all users are exactly what you need to effectively run a construction project from start to finish, and for our group the ERP integration is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything in particular that stands out that I dislike, the only thing that has been frustrating at times, is that the build out of the ERP integration is phased so there are certain tools in Procore that have not linked or "talked" to our accounting software as quickly as others, but the other option would have been to wait for a full buildout, and that could have posed a different set of problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to build best practices for our organization around the use of Procore, ensuring consistency across the board, particularly at a time of intense organizational growth when it can be difficult to keep processes consistent across a large group of new employees, and old employees who are married to their way of doing things. This tool has definitely helped with that, which across the board leads to gains in time management, in reporting, and in results to our Owners and Clients
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use your customer implementation repo and customer success rep, don't struggle through questions or problems.
They are there to help, and very happy to do so. Make sure that when you are able to customize and make things easy on your future self (creating custom commitment forms, creating a "New Project" template, etc.) that you take a few minutes on the front end to do so. It is very helpful.

Procore For Medium size business
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a great All-in-one solution for our document controls. We are able to accelerate the time Submittals and RFI Reviews and approvals take to get from contractor to engineer and back. Additionally, in this time of COVID, it is great to be able to point contractors to the most recent drawings with-in procore rather than sitting in a trailer with them to review changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more flexibility when creating custom reports and dashboards for clients and company leadership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With having in all the projects in one spot we are able to compile and distribute the Turn Over Packages quicker with less manower.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When implementing Procore it is essential to have the buy in of all leadership and users. if they do not believe in the process, the roll out will not be successful. Additionally, it is good to have multiple people within your organization who are super users and can help with the daily questions and data entry.
User friendly and extremely useful
What do you like best about the product?
The Drawings tool allows for office and field staff to coordinate and work around issues in real time and allow for as-builts to be completed as they are installed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Schedule integration can be problematic when changes need to be made because I dont find them user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to share information much easier than before and all people involved always have the appropriate documents available to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Find what works for you and get comfortable with the most important tools then learn the rest of the tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Besides the ease of use with everything Procore has to offer, it's all revolving. Taking comments from customers, actual day to day users, and implementing them into Procore. In the construction industry, Procore is very much needed to connect all the pieces from office to field.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what I use it for, there is nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Procore, we are solving the issue of using so much paper to print plans. We are getting a faster response from GC/Engineer. The guys dont call as much because they have most if not all information in front of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Procore solely because the ease of having everything in one place and to keep track of everything. In the construction industry when its booming its hard to keep track of this RFI, that submittal, or what drawings are the latest that your looking at with your staff. Procore does all of this and makes it easy to see what is due, what needs attention, or who needs you in the field. Procore is very easy to use and in the construction industry, i think its very beneficial to us. The same jobs we had two years to complete 10 years ago or now looking to be finished in one year. Procore helps to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
