Great Document Integration, but High Maintenance Demands
What do you like best about the product?
Integrated platform that combines all respective construction documents into a single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very maintenance heavy, requires dedicated personnel/resources to develop, maintain and participate in platform changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Innovating new tools to make work life easier.
Comprehensive Tools and Integrations, but Slow Loading and Support Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Procore is always striving to become a comprehensive solution. The ability to access a wide range of tools, along with the option to integrate external applications through the app marketplace, adds significant value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that Procore can be slow to load at times, with waits of over 30 seconds on a blank white screen while data is loading. Additionally, getting a resolution from customer support can be difficult. There tends to be a lot of back and forth, and I often feel that my questions are not fully understood.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore addresses the problem of relying on multiple systems for various functions. Additionally, it significantly reduces the need for numerous spreadsheets.
Convenient Multi-Tab Use, But Lacking Key Notifications in Procore Pay
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore is a web based tool so I can use it on multiple tabs at once. Seems simple, but very helpful when using multiple tools at the same time. I like that my subcontractors have access to all of their documents in the same location I do to eliminate confusion on which documents are accurate
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I don't get all of the notifications I need in the procore pay tool (when lien waivers are unlocked, etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Subcontract invoicing, subcontract management including change orders, and project budgeting are all supported. The system ensures that all invoices maintain a consistent appearance, which simplifies the review process for the owner.
Great Collaboration Between Office and Field, but Needs More Tool Uniformity
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect office and field teams to work together in a more responsive and collaborative way.

Procore is working on it... but uniformity across tools

Connecting multiple different siloed sections of the business
Single Source of Truth for Everyone Involved
What do you like best about the product?
I love the procore allows our company to streamline our processes, be a single source of truth and allow everyone to work off one set of documents. We use it everyday and the product is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I most dislike is how slowly they are to acknowledge minor details that are needed within their products. I have many user voices that would be simple tweaks to products and they are years old.

Everyone is building off the same drawings at the same time.

Great for Project Info, But Needs Bug Fixes
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps all information for the project, go to Procore and get it.

I wish Procore would focus on fixing bugs and minor issues that effect users far more than the new tools fix new problems.

It keeps info in one place and allows me to communicate information to collaborators. This saves me time from searching multiple locations and emailing it out myself
Procore: Comprehensive Ecosystem with Some Reporting Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is highly interconnected, offering a comprehensive ecosystem that supports every stage from preconstruction to the field and the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations in the reporting features for certain tools, such as Transmittals and Forms. This can create problems when project teams rely heavily on these tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore serves as a central hub for collaboration, especially when it comes to managing Submittals and RFIs. It brings all relevant information together, making it easier for teams to work efficiently and stay aligned.
Procore: User-Friendly and Comprehensive, with Frequent Updates!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is the most usable, self-explanatory system that I have ever used in the industry. It has all of the basics that our field guys need to just get the job done, and all of the refined qualities that we need for reporting or growth strategies. The ability of Procore to work globally in all different areas of the world is astounding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely just that there are so many updates constantly that you have to try really hard to stay up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to use with global teams by it being cloud based.
Good Features, but Poor Integration with Sage Accounting
