Project Management Made Easy And Kept Simple All In One Place
What do you like best about the product?
It is quick and easy to share files with all subcontractors and send out notifications. There are many online videos in the Procore library to watch if you have questions on anything as far as training goes. The reminder tool is also a great option that reminds you if files or responses are required from you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is time-consuming to make sure everything is up to date, but in the meantime, it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone gets notified of changed to project documents. RFI's are a great tool. You can check-in who's ball of court it is and put due dates on documents sent out. It sends notifications if documents are overdue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore is very helpful in training to use Procore. There are lots of tutorials available in the library to watch and give you an idea how powerful Procore is.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a beneficial project management tool that enables our company to manage all aspects of a construction project under one software platform. Procore enables us to track project budgets, write RFI's, process submittals, document meetings, and manage the daily operations. It is straightforward, user-friendly, and increases our company's productivity on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that I dislike about Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems Procore helps us solve include organization and documentation of tracking/managing contracts, managing RFI/Submittal logs, tracking costs. Procore allows us to manage all things related to Project Management easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the program and compare it to what you currently use for project management software. You will quickly see the ease of use and organizational benefits it brings to your company.
The Most Robust Construction Software in the Industry - Procore is really changing the game!
What do you like best about the product?
Where to start? Procore has so many amazing features. The sheer volume of "tools" they have for you to work in is amazing. You truly can track just about any aspect of your construction project in ONE spot with your WHOLE team on board! Procore allows you to complete tasks in seconds where you used to spend hours. It's a time-saver, game-changer, no brainer for construction. I can't imagine working for a construction company now that doesn't use Procore! It just seems so silly not to. They are driving this industry forward into the future, and it's amazing. Oh and also, their customer support agents are literally the BEST. What a powerhouse team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike is the number of paywalls that have come up. As Procore releases new tools, most of them are an added cost, even if it's something the community has been asking for for a long time and something that really should have been there in the first place. Like the prequalification tool for example. That's something that should definitely be included, but it's an added cost. However, I do understand that some of them have to be added and Procore does do a good job of making sure their prices are fair. No matter what you spend, you're still going to save time and money with them just for using the tools, so in the end, I suppose it just doesn't matter haha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving so many problems just by having everyone using one, live, system. Everyone in our company is using the same tools, the same processes, the same workflows, and it's eliminated a lot of paper shuffling. Things are organized and easily accessible. It's truly amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore offers one of the most comprehensive set of tools for a construction firm. Whether you're in the office or the field, Procore connects you to all of your important project data.
Customer support is top-notch.
What I love most about Procore is the recent addition of Procore Analytics. This data allows us to take deep-dives into our Procore data across all projects. We can now easily look at our historical or current data and make operational decisions and also leverage the data to identify areas where we can provide more training.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally Procore can be a little slow when processing large sets of drawings or specification books.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a centralized place where we can store all of our project data. This helps keep people accountable and allows us to review areas where we can maximize productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
the communication factor and accessibility. I like the daily log function. Keeps tracking man power easy and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
the functions offline usage could be better. I dont like the view drawing set up, could be easier/ larger to navigate. I dont want to have to downlaod the drawing to print the drawing, wasting time.

Outstanding System to Grow With
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is available throughout the day through many avenues (chat, calls, email). Once you are a seasoned user, there are opportunities through GroundBreak and other avenues to collaborate with the developers to try to the system better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to understand pricing model. While it is a valuable tool, it can seem expensive when put in the context of projects and paying for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PROCORE organizes all our project information across projects to make things simple for our team and all our collaborators to find and communicate throughout the life of the project. One teammate can switch from one team to another and catch up on all that is current quickly.

Ask to see your own project in it to be able to evaluate.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I like having access to all of the project management tools from my desk and onsite.

The submittal process could be tweaked. The process to resubmit gets confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its nice to have everything in one place. No more using 3 or 4 different software programs.

The information I am looking for is easy to find and accessible.
I have used both Procore and Newforma for project management software and find Procore to be the better option for me.
The way the information is organized and communicated really is intiutive to me.

It was quite a process to get me registered as a user for this program and project.
Like any Project Management Program, there is a learning curve. I think mine went a little faster because I was already familiar with Newforma.
I think as time goes on with using this program, I will discover other aspects that are not likable

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Procore to monitor changes to a project being built where I am doing a TI. The biggest benefit I have seen so far is that I can find the information I am looking for in a quick and easy way.
I am also finding that team members seem to be able to communicate things more efficiently with each other. We are currently working through potential clashes with the contractor. These clashes can be posted on Procore and coordinated with team members as necessary

Take some time and watch the tutorial videos before you begin using the program. The videos are short and helpful

So far, there is nothing that stands out.

Especially in this new age of remote working, it helps keep all information from a project in an easy and convenient place where all hands on the project can easily access and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Cloud-based technology that is breaking down the silos between designers, owners, GC's and subs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore has become an expansive program, and not all of it is 100% where it needs to be. However, they are working towards many integrations that it is helping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer are you strapped to a desk, a simple iPad brings your entire project to your fingertips. We are creating RFI's in the field, reviewing our procurement log daily, financials are being tracked and chased on one single platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a solution to eliminating double entry, useless programs, and getting information to the field as fast as possible you need to look at Procore compared to what you are currently using.
