Very useful software and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, organization of plans and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost! It does a lot but it also costs a lot to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, plan management and saving money on printing paper plans.

Works very well, but can be expensive compared to other software - it depends on what your goal/needs are.

The ability to have all project documentation in the palm of your hand and tailor your projects how you see fit.

Haven't found any dislikes!! :) which shows how great the software is

Controller
What do you like best about the product?
Hi There! Curt Young Controller at One70 Group over here. We use PC as a tool to manage our budgets and track alll commitments and Direct Costs. I really like the fact that PC enables you to generate niche reports for really anything that you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a few minor comments. The main critique would be to speed up the customer service portal. Often times, I need to wait a few minutes to finally be connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is terrific when dealing with the construction industry. Extremely effective for tracking and displaying project budgets as well as creating niche reports toportray what it is you are looking for!
Worth it as a sub-contractor
What do you like best about the product?
Procore easily handles all document storage and keeps things across one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not quite a 100% for a sub-contractor to use as an in house software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Will be eliminating SharePoint and ProntoForms with the roll out of Procore

how multiple people have access to every aspect of a project such as drawings or submittals

someone has to upload otherwise it wouldn't be listed

saves time by not having to ask someone for something and having to wait on it and you have access to whatever you need made more useful with the app

What do you like best about the product?
Hi There! Great to have an opportunity to review on this platform. My company loves utilizing PCespecially when dealing with such a rapidly moving industry like construction. We use PC to evaluate, track and analyze our budget and to effectively track commitments and direct costs for our projects. Really a fanatstic resource!
What do you dislike about the product?
More often than I hope as the consumer, customer service can be a tad slow at times. Like when I call, the process just to get connected can take up to several minutes. It's nice once you are connected that the representative is able to control your deskop once the passcode is issued.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like mentioned before, PC is great tool to utilize in the construction industry. Very effective for viewing budgets as well as creating the most niche reports to compile the exact data you are looking for!
Also did I mention it is great for payroll purposes as well. Very well rounded application software I would reccommend for anybody.

Great software
What do you like best about the product?
This is a very user friendly software. They are continuing to make improvements. There are tutorials to assist with any questions you encounter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I have no complaints about Procore. They are continuing to make improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Procore for just about everything, but financials. That includes Bids, construction management, drawings, subcontractors are also able to view the projects. Very useful software.

Watch the tutorials they are very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore does a great job of tracking RFIs and submittals. You can customize the site based on each project. The sorting feature is very useful. The notifications can be adjusted. Also the sections for meeting minutes and photos are nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site is down or very slow. I'd like to be able to customize the exported reports better, for example the RFI log. You should be able to add comments directly to the log, rather than having to export as PDF and then add comments in a different program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Procore to track construction. It allows the architect, contractor, and owner to work together and track all of the tasks. It also kept a record of everything that could be accessed any time in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is great for tracking all our commitments and direct costs especially in such a rapidly moving industry like construction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes system is slow. Specifically, I have a custome report designed for outstanding lien waivers that need to be issued. This can take several minutes to upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to budget, track committments, make projections for all our construction projects.
Rough Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the 21st c interview and large buttons for the field staff
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a rough implementation of Procore in our company, however, i would still recommend the software as the support is great and they always respond.

Billing efficiency. Reporting efficiency. Speed of Reporting.
