What do you like best about the product?
I found Procore to be very effective working as an accountant in the construction industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some niche reports I was not able to generate like for lien waivers and payroll sometime proved to be difficult

Not yet set up for pre-construction job management (bids)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our office has been extremely disjointed and has had enormous problems with organization, efficiency and communication. Procore solves this through the integrated use by all facets of the construction industry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand that the price you are going to pay in dollars can easily be made up for in the time and efficiency savings - which has comes down to the bottom line, even still.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about this applications is very friendly to the users. It is cheap, makes work easier, intuitive, its collaboration and other thing. First day I used it I asked myself why is it that I did not know it earlier. It is very complete as far as project management is concerned. it allows me to gather all the information about its different modules in an organized manner, has good customer service. They are perfect
What do you dislike about the product?
Once this application hanged yet I was running a $12M project for our organisation. I thought it a project failure but after reaching there customer care desk, they sorted it all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to manage some Construction project. We had a river in between our upcoming store and our organisation so i had that bridge construction project. I totally managed it fully in a professional way. Since then I got nick name, Eng. Bri representing the bridge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can run many projects at once. So if you are running one using another software, try to run next one using Procore and thank me later. I recommend it

What do you like best about the product?
Procore gives its users the ability to properly manage any construction project with its easy to use user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downfasll with Procore is its inability to populate certain fields correctly. Sometimes it takes two steps to complete a task when it could be minimized to one task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy communication between BuildingConnected and Procore. Benefits are within the sub vendors.

Follow the tutorials. If you are having any problems through the navigation, return to the FAQ videos for a more detailed description.

What do you like best about the product?
-The mobile application is easy to use.

-It helps to create presentation records from specifications with less PM input.

-Tracks changes in commitments (subs and purchase orders).

-It helps to label and organize the loaded plans and specifications without a lot of comments from the PM.

-Work with clients to customize.

-It has a capacity to respond to suggestions for customer improvement.

-Involves the end users in future planning
product launches and tool improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
-The photo tool should be able to link the photos in almost all the tools directly from the tool.

-The offer module does not update the subcontractor's information automatically as BuildingConnected.

-Some of the financial integrations can be difficult depending on your workflow.

-Sometimes the drawings take an eternity to download.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Procore to provide better integration between project managers, field staff, management and subcontractors. He does a great job making plans in the field in a timely manner and assisting with field reports, photos and reminding those involved with his ball court process, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore has completely transformed our planning. The commitment tool allows us to forecast the cost in real time. It also gives us real ETAs. The budget tool helps our PM to see the big picture and how each purchase can affect the final result. It also sends a clear picture of where mistakes or purchases occur.

What do you like best about the product?
