Procore for Preconstruction
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has been a great platform for expediting our bid procurement process. We started using Procore around 5 years ago and they continually make changes to improve their functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore's financials tool is not quite flexible enough for us to fully integrate our budgeting process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore as allowed us to procure bids more efficiently than our previous process.
Company Training and Rewards - Procore
What do you like best about the product?
Trainings -The Convenience it offers - Friendly and very easy to use platform- Rewards to motivate employees- they offer the BEST customer service and help center
What do you dislike about the product?
They stopped the Rewards for now and sometimes the platform is confusing but once you get the hang of it, it is very friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes a lot easier our Online Directory and our estimating and keeping track of our projects and project manager to keep track of invoices, change orders and payapps

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has completely revolutionized how business is done in construction! I would hate to go back to stacks of paper and long drawn out emails to find simple answers. i like the consistent information across the board. It is simple to use yet it is also very professional and organized. i would recommend Procore to anyone who is serious about being successful in the construction industry. The mobile app, it gives me a hands on quick field tool, and allows me a quick way of communicating to the field when im in the office and it allows me a mobile office space when i'm away.
The builders club is incredible and i drink out of my YETI mug everyday, it was a Procore builders club reward!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dislike is, not enough contractors are using it yet! I seriously have no dislikes....Procore is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent information across the board. This was a huge problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! i assure you, you will not regret it. The investment will pay off in dividends and lost time. not to mention, we have virtually eliminated the need for rework.

Procore has been extremely helpful for coordinating trades and having project documents in one central location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish all features were available on the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of having loads of paperwork that would need to be printed, organized, stored and relocated at the end of each project.
Great program with solid tools
What do you like best about the product?
Our company has been using this system for four years. It started as a solid performing collaboration suite and has continued to evolve and improve with other program integrations and features. The tools are outstanding and the system allows for exceptional communication. It has improved not only our ability to communicate quickly but has increased accuracy exponentially..
The customer service and user interface are two things that stand out as separating this system from its competitors. The UI is extremely intuitive for both the web-based and mobile app. Our customer service has always been flawless. We have not had numerous or significant issues, but the team has addressed even the most minor of issues immediately, promptly and worked hard to reach resolutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we have experienced has been the increasing subscription fee. As the system has improved, the fee has increased. Having said that, it is still worth every penny and I expect it to continue to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This system has helped us to be able to maintain continuous communication with our entire team through the current situation. Using integrations with both Zoom and Microsoft Teams we have been able to continue operations with very little disruption and in most project cases have increased our team's ability to collaborate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the implementation seriously, follow the Procore team's direction and get everyone on the system as quickly as possible

What do you like best about the product?
The multitude of capabilities this program can handle. The possibilities continue to grow with this program and we are doing our best to stay up to date and integrated with it to utilize as much as we can. The Procore community is fantastic. I really feel that they listen to reviews and make the changes or address the concerns that the users have.
Tracking bids, notes, and statuses has proven to be a key role for me within the company and I love all the filter options that Procore offers. It lets me focus in on our current needs and quickly get through my tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
The multitude of capabilities this program offers versus what we know how to use and/or actually utilize. It will take a long time to get everything transferred into Procore (at no fault of Procore) and to update our SOP to reflect daily use.
There are a few tweaks here and there that have me thinking "Why is Procore making do it this way!" that I wish we could toggle on and off.
Annoying example, would be when sending a correspondence in Bidding, it selects everyone on the list. However, when sending an email (during the project), there is no option to include everyone and I need to hand select every recipient. - or if there is I haven't located it yet!

Multiple jobs going on at once, bidding is easy. Recording contacts, meetings, correspondence, updated project documents.
Expanding our sub-contractor database has been excellent, keeping them up to date and continuously invited to bid on jobs is working a lot better than miscellaneous spreadsheets floating around in our drives.

Procore - An Essential Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has been a great Construction Management Tool that saves an unbelievable amount of hours for all levels of workers. Being a cloud based technology has helped in many aspects of the projects which makes Procore ever more enticing.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a smaller company, I see the price outweighs a cost analysis on if it would be worth it on a small scale. The more projects you can use Procore on in a given year, the better the price can be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer stuck behind a desk since I can take Procore with me to different devices and still access the information I need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Saves you time, Freedom from your desk, and helps a team collaborate in a new way.
The ease of use to train and the functionality for the field teams is where it is at.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to train a new hire to use Procore. The drawings and inspection tools are by far my favorite to use on the mobile app. having the ability to collaborate with the whole project team brings the whole process of the project to one central platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the Procore administrator, I would like to see some admin functionality to come to the mobile app as many procore admins I have talked to are just as busy and on the go as I am, having that functionality would benefit being able to fix issues while on a jobsite without having to get out a laptop.

Collaboration it by far the biggest problem were solving. bring the field, office, and architect together to complete a common goal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely consider going through the the process of seeing if the ROI is worth it for your individual company.
Great Project Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate, and they are constantly improving the overall system. There are also a lot of integrations with outside systems related to the construction industry
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to make sure of what permissions you give a user as it affects what they can and can't do, and sometimes it is not easy to give a user one permission that is not in one of their preestablished templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to organize projects from start to finish. It is a single point of reference for all documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a shot. Fairly easy learning curve.
Functional Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
On the project controls side, it has full functionality and reporting abilities for Activity Based Cost Accounting and cost engineering. The system, if used well, provides everything you need to build an accurate historical database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Schedule tool is unwieldy and, if you mess anything up, the process for fixing it is punishing. It's extremely efficient if you don't make errors. Resolving financial software integration issues is an ongoing process but they do work with us, so I'd rate the customer service highly though we have to utilize them more frequently than we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The building of a historical database and employing cost engineering methodologies. We moved to Procore because our previous software had neither the reporting, accounting, or project management capabilities and that's made a substantial difference in my ability to dial in on my projects.
