Procore the different ways of being a head of the game.
What do you like best about the product?
I like about ProCore is its one-stop-shop for all the building-related items, Drawings, RFI's, Inspections, Submittals. It makes things easy for us Main contractors and subcontractors, and consultants to be able to communicate with each other and have all the docs controlled and recorded, and send to the right people. And it's all in your pocket.
What do you dislike about the product?
The print options are a bit of a pain, not all our team have access to procure mobile, so there is still a need for printing out drawings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to be on-site and able to do things like inspections etc, is excellent. Closeout and take real-time pics to include in closing out items.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about the program is the vast number of tools available to track different areas of a project during construction.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to improve the program's mobile capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
The tools for project management make job site your office.

It’s a little difficult to do PO’s it takes a few steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Job site management Is so much easier with Procore. Time to do things is much quicker when you have everything in your pocket on your smart phone.

Procore is a game changer well worth the investment.
Excellent Construction Platform
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many functions built into Procore that simplify quick information access and keeping your projects up to date it’s hard to pick the best items. To me, the 360 photo mode with location tagging is excellent for inspections and documentation of field conditions, automatic drawing slip-sheeting is a huge time saver for project engineers, and the ability for custom field inspection templates saves time in the field and keeps as many processes as possible in Procore and eliminates offline tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from a different system it took a bit to get used to the financial tool, but I wouldn’t call this a dislike. The system could be simplified for accessing PCOs and PCCOs consistently thru the 'Change Orders' tab instead of thru the Prime Contract tool to see PCOs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use many of the Procore modules, which greatly simplifies the number of apps or software required to manage the project. General project management, cost & commitments, quality and safety, photos, and project documents are all housed in one place. The Procore financial tool is integration to Sage works well.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily collaborate with project teams and keep everyone up to date is awesome with Procore.

The amount of emails from Procore can be a turnoff to some people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to keep project teams up to date on drawings and documents. Our documentation is more streamlined and consistent across projects now that we are running all projects thru Procore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The learning curve is quick with Procore. You can be up and running projects thru it extremely fast and have all the project stakeholders involved. Don't get hung up on the initial cost. It's worth every penny.
The Absolute Best for Collaboration & Management
What do you like best about the product?
Procore allows access to the latest drawings, specifications and submittals at any time, which is excellent for collaboration in the field for designers and contractors alike. All project information is very well organized and easily accessible to all users. The permissions tool is excellent for customizing what team members have access to. They have an excellent customer service department and product support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some administrative work is required to setup Procore for a particular project. Good attention to detail is highly recommended when inputting data so that it can easily be found and accessed in the future. We typically achieve this by dedicating an individual to handle all project administrative tasks.
In my experience, I found that there were limitations when it comes to customizing forms and exported information from the software. Although some tools and features may not seem as user-friendly as others, the company is constantly expanding and improving based on customer feedback.

Procore allows for more efficient communication between all stakeholders in the project, from owners to designers and to contractors. Procore increases productivity, minimizes errors, and saves both time and money. With the new conversations tool rolling out, on-site communication with project members and subcontractors is even easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore is very worthwhile for larger projects. The cost may be high, but once the client sees the benefits and features, its easier to see the great added value.
Procore: Streamlining the Construction Process
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore is available in both app and web base formats. With having good accessibility from both forms of media, it allows us to streamline communications between our field and office staff. Additionally I like how our field staff are able to view prime contract and commitments. This is helpful for them to know what is in the budget and how much money we have left.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how there you cannot sort the directory by trades. This would be helpful for new people on any construction team, so that they can know who all the subcontractors are in the area and that are used by our company. This would also be an helpful option for our Vice Presidents for each department. Some would like it to see if there are companies in certain trades that are causing frequent issues for us and who else we could go with, others would like to use it to see who we have to decide from for our home building or land development department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping us solve problems when it comes to product installation. Rather than going off how people have done things before, we can have the suppliers submit installation instructions and we can pull them up in the field to verify. This has benefited and helped our team when it comes to important items such as new weather barrier products, or changing window manufacturers. It's a benefit to have all these items at your fingertips in the app.

I would reccommend you give it a try, as it has helped us streamline our process.
Project Management Made Easy And Kept Simple All In One Place
What do you like best about the product?
It is quick and easy to share files with all subcontractors and send out notifications. There are many online videos in the Procore library to watch if you have questions on anything as far as training goes. The reminder tool is also a great option that reminds you if files or responses are required from you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is time-consuming to make sure everything is up to date, but in the meantime, it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone gets notified of changed to project documents. RFI's are a great tool. You can check-in who's ball of court it is and put due dates on documents sent out. It sends notifications if documents are overdue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore is very helpful in training to use Procore. There are lots of tutorials available in the library to watch and give you an idea how powerful Procore is.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a beneficial project management tool that enables our company to manage all aspects of a construction project under one software platform. Procore enables us to track project budgets, write RFI's, process submittals, document meetings, and manage the daily operations. It is straightforward, user-friendly, and increases our company's productivity on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that I dislike about Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems Procore helps us solve include organization and documentation of tracking/managing contracts, managing RFI/Submittal logs, tracking costs. Procore allows us to manage all things related to Project Management easily.

Try the program and compare it to what you currently use for project management software. You will quickly see the ease of use and organizational benefits it brings to your company.
The Most Robust Construction Software in the Industry - Procore is really changing the game!
What do you like best about the product?
Where to start? Procore has so many amazing features. The sheer volume of "tools" they have for you to work in is amazing. You truly can track just about any aspect of your construction project in ONE spot with your WHOLE team on board! Procore allows you to complete tasks in seconds where you used to spend hours. It's a time-saver, game-changer, no brainer for construction. I can't imagine working for a construction company now that doesn't use Procore! It just seems so silly not to. They are driving this industry forward into the future, and it's amazing. Oh and also, their customer support agents are literally the BEST. What a powerhouse team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike is the number of paywalls that have come up. As Procore releases new tools, most of them are an added cost, even if it's something the community has been asking for for a long time and something that really should have been there in the first place. Like the prequalification tool for example. That's something that should definitely be included, but it's an added cost. However, I do understand that some of them have to be added and Procore does do a good job of making sure their prices are fair. No matter what you spend, you're still going to save time and money with them just for using the tools, so in the end, I suppose it just doesn't matter haha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving so many problems just by having everyone using one, live, system. Everyone in our company is using the same tools, the same processes, the same workflows, and it's eliminated a lot of paper shuffling. Things are organized and easily accessible. It's truly amazing.
