What do you like best about the product?
The amount of follow up and assistance to the issue
What do you dislike about the product?
The way pictures are uploaded now. Taking a series of pictures in an area and marking them is more desired than the current way where you take the picture then have to go back into the picture to add the location

Ease of access of documentation

go back to the previous way of uploading pictures where you can tag locations as you take pictures and not after you take the picture

I like how we can store virtually all documents needed for a project in a single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is unable to automatically hyperlink the drawings and documents annotated on the drawings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By giving procore access to team, they are able view all types of document form anywhere with an internet connection.

Awesome software for for large number of user and and documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user friendliness and quality of the software. It is very easy to transition our data into Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently have Yardi with handles the financial side but Procore allows us to have more flexibility with the construction management.

What do you like best about the product?
the product is user friendly and how easy it us to use on IPhones. inputting information in the field is also extremely easy
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes with the product. for the website it would be nice to not have a pop out page to log in. I find I leave the original visited page open and then the chat option is making noises

Tracking and logging information easier and stream lining our process.

it's difficult to find certain items and to find an answer, we need to cal customer care.

a platform where all information regarding a project is in one place and can be reviewed, and uploaded in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
It has many features as bundle, budget, timesheets, submittal logs, drawings. Integration with other marketplaces.

The issue with working offline sync at the jobsite where there is no internet connection.

All our projects are in one place, good track of RFI, submittals, cost management.

That Procore is always striving to add more features and tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules and ties to other systems can be a bit cumbersome, but procore support is always there to help. I wish the ERP integration team had a direct phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use most all features of Procore these days and integrate with Quickbooks.

Use Procore Suppport as much as you can. They are there to help and are fantastic at it.
There are always areas of improvement and that is why their ongoing upgrades are very much appreciated.
