Fantastic!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use modules. All screens are set up alike to make the experience for new users seamless. All information for a project is in one location, accessed easily and tracked throughout.
Customer service is the best I have come across. From live chat to phone calls to an actual person, they take care of your issue immediately and also work hard to improve the application so it doesn't happen again. We have had very few glitches while using the application which says a lot for the programmers.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had built in scheduling module so I wouldn't have to use Microsoft Project and continually resave. The meetings could be a little more user friendly and incorporate the scheduling module to show the subs a 2,3 or 4 week look-ahead. If the goal is to go completely paperless, the loading and viewing of documents needs to be quicker. Time is money and having a sub in the trailer waiting for drawings to pull up wasted everyone's time. Downloading drawings to a single pdf is also too slow. Having to wait for the system to send it in an email could be convenient but most of the time it just takes more time. Our internet speed is very fast so I know the problem is not on our end.

Tracking all aspects of the job. The ability to hold others accountable and track the process throughout is the most beneficial.

Do a trial and you will see the benefit immediately!

That it is an easy program that allows you to work within the system without a whole lot of fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that once you have uploaded a response that you can't reopen it on my end as a user.

We log in a LOT of submittals and RFI's and have a lot of clients who use this program. It really is very simple to use and I recommend it for sure to help expedite your work.

What do you like best about the product?
A all in one package for construction management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yearly cost for a small construction company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better efficiency including constant work flow.

Use Procore
A bit overwhelming at first, but very user friends once familiar.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that all of the aspects are construction are in one place. Financials, project management, daily reports, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many tabs. Would be ideal to have all of the information in the same tab. For example, change orders, have the description, schedule of values, etc on the same tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an entire project in one locations.
Procore has been an excellent tool for our company!

Pertinent project information is available at the touch of a finger for both the field staff and administrative staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some processes are a little tedious. and difficult to maneuver.

Efficient tracking of change orders, commitments, rfi's, submittals.

I would recommend Procore to anyone in the construction industry. Their innovation, customer support and overall product are excellent!
Easy interface
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the easy interface with Procore. Even if you haven't worked with Procore before you can easily understand how the application is set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you move from different tabs within a open item (change order) sometimes the information gets missing info you don't click save first.

Easy cost management and communication with the project team.

All the tools are there and the mobile app is very convenient.

Not all features allow customization and could allow for more user input.

Easier to track RFI's and Submittals and produce logs for ownership.
Procore a Cost effective option for managing your projects
What do you like best about the product?
The variety and easy of use of the tools provided, as well as the possibility to link items between them. By being in the cloud allows for a simple access to all parties, and provides some standard reports that are useful, and the possibility of custom reports that are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management of the permissions is still rough and hard to comply with some privacy requirements.

I would like to be able to upload COI's just like drawings and specs and it would fill in the information in the correct fields.

Try it out on a project and you will see why it is worth switching.
Computer savy people will love this and so will everyone else

Communication verification/proof, tracking of to do list per job, field access to most crucial information

Repetitive process of certain tasks, unable to modify photo report layout, when project is inactive - not accessible on mobile device

Ability to track costs from estimating, to sub-bidding/awarding, to change orders summaries, to prime contract to closeout.

You are constantly making improvements. You have even taken some of my ideas and instilled them. Thanks for the credit. kidding. Keep up the continued improvement. Looking forward to you taking my suggestion of being able to overlay drawings on a PC, not just a tablet or mobile device.
