What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about this applications is very friendly to the users. It is cheap, makes work easier, intuitive, its collaboration and other thing. First day I used it I asked myself why is it that I did not know it earlier. It is very complete as far as project management is concerned. it allows me to gather all the information about its different modules in an organized manner, has good customer service. They are perfect
What do you dislike about the product?
Once this application hanged yet I was running a $12M project for our organisation. I thought it a project failure but after reaching there customer care desk, they sorted it all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to manage some Construction project. We had a river in between our upcoming store and our organisation so i had that bridge construction project. I totally managed it fully in a professional way. Since then I got nick name, Eng. Bri representing the bridge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can run many projects at once. So if you are running one using another software, try to run next one using Procore and thank me later. I recommend it

What do you like best about the product?
Procore gives its users the ability to properly manage any construction project with its easy to use user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downfasll with Procore is its inability to populate certain fields correctly. Sometimes it takes two steps to complete a task when it could be minimized to one task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy communication between BuildingConnected and Procore. Benefits are within the sub vendors.

Follow the tutorials. If you are having any problems through the navigation, return to the FAQ videos for a more detailed description.

-The photo tool should be able to link the photos in almost all the tools directly from the tool.
-The offer module does not update the subcontractor's information automatically as BuildingConnected.
-Some of the financial integrations can be difficult depending on your workflow.
-Sometimes the drawings take an eternity to download.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Procore to provide better integration between project managers, field staff, management and subcontractors. He does a great job making plans in the field in a timely manner and assisting with field reports, photos and reminding those involved with his ball court process, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore has completely transformed our planning. The commitment tool allows us to forecast the cost in real time. It also gives us real ETAs. The budget tool helps our PM to see the big picture and how each purchase can affect the final result. It also sends a clear picture of where mistakes or purchases occur.

I like this system because it is one of the most complete and versatile I have used, it allows me to gather all the information about its different modules in an organized way. It has a very eye-catching and friendly interface, it is necessary before carrying out the management of this system to be able to take the training process offered by the technical support team, in order to be able to take advantage of all the functions offered by that system.
This system has a very professional customer service team that allows to meet each of the needs arising in my work team, we have also suggested to this team that they can incorporate several functions that allow us to be more effective in our work. For the moment this team promised us that they would study the proposals and give us a quick response.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment this system is very useful for my business and I do not have any type of complaints regarding its functions, everyone in my company we are very satisfied with the use of this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to this system, we have been able to order the entire management process, registering a constant productivity and in turn a surplus, leaving the board of partners very happy for the implementation of this system. This system has also brought us an improvement in the integration of the work team and in turn an improvement in the communication between teams.

Definitely this system I recommend it widely, because it offers all the functions that my business needed. This software is not economical, but it is definitely worth having it.
User experience in this program is horrible
What do you like best about the product?
I just spend about 10 mins and I could not come up with anything that I "like" about Procore. Literally nothing come into my mind at all. However, once you jump on board it will be so hard to get rid of it or trust any other developer. Good thing is they always have a customer experience team that can explain to you why something does not work and they are fully aware of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
User experience is so bad. Every time I use procore it feels like I am using something from 10 years ago. As I said, their team will explain to you why something does not work and they knew about it but there will be no fix for it. You will just have to go around it which makes me feel really stupid. Most of the time is to delete everything possible and restart. Not what I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To show owner that we have this so it feels like you are qualified. But these days, more and more owner respond with "oh god" when we mention this.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use mainly. After a few quick tutorials I was able to start doing my take-offs on screen. I created assemblies that made the job much faster and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally haven't found much to dislike with Esticom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been estimating for many years and with different companies and methods. This software drastically reduces my time spent doing take offs, and has also has increased our accuracy! I would highly recommend this to any business needing an estimating solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I truly believe their platform is advancing faster than any other platform and they are moving quickly in the right direction to include more features at an incredible pace.
