What do you like best about the product?
Submittals, Daily Logs, Prime Contract Pay Apps
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing of Prime Contract Change Orders. You need to be able to edit previously approved CO’s without putting the most recent into draft
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is available at your finger tips.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the training and watch the videos.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a great centralized location for project information that is accessible to the whole team. The phone app is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Submittals interface is clunky. Also, the website can be very slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great for document control and keeping a complete updated drawing set.

What do you like best about the product?
ProCore makes its easy to carry a project template over. Incredible efficiency for contacts and their assignments. Training Videos are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't change much or anything. The ProCore team has made it efficient to have any issues or challenges answered by a chatbot or tutorial videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drawing revision updates. Notifying all project contacts in one email. Seeing project interaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use ProCore to streamline your project operations. Incredible technical team at ProCore offer API integration for other software you may be using.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Procore is so easy to navigate and use. Even people who aren't computer savvy can easily use this system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Procore hasn't grown enough to include tracking an employees time, a Time clock punch in system would be a great way to grow for Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps even those with little construction experience the flow of communication and keeps the collaborating active and moving forward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore is great for the most basic of record keeping for project management, but if you want to push the system to do more for your company; think outside the box and get excited because Procore wont let you down.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to speak to someone when I’m having an issue - the software updates frequently to make it easier for work and less time to figure it out it’s an amazing product and it’s only getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn’t been any issues and if there was it’s already resolved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have everything In the system and being able to go back and update the sub information and being able to have the subs see what’s going on aa well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it! It’s amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud storage and easy photo organization. Auto-reminders for past due RFIs, Submittals, ect.. Great repository to store all project information accessible to everybody involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes cumbersome to use and difficult to train employees on standard practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Photo & document storage. A great cloud repository for all information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a bit expensive for what you get. Also, highly recommended that you set-up a training program to get all staff on board and using Procore to its max capacity. Then you will see the best results.

Having everything at one location makes it easier to find everything and also helps our subcontractors since they just have to look in one place for an answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are some bugs with the drawings tool when posting RFIs or other links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None at this time

The way specs correlate with their respective spec section/cost code.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the tool is usable across all platforms (contractors/ architects/ Pms)
What do you dislike about the product?
Oftentimes we find ourselves in situations where a requested customized function is not rolled out in procore yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are accessing information quicker, easier and more fluently. The team is working together in a much more effective manner, and information is being transmitted much better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have already recommended this product to the ny tishman office for other projects

What do you like best about the product?
The Punch list portion of the software, with iPad app compatibility is by far my favorite aspect. It allows a great deal of information to be communicated effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions need some work. As it currently stands, a GC or sub can enter a due date for RFI and/or submittal that are less than the contractually agreed upon duration, which gives the appearance of lateness. A separate "requested" and "due" date would be ideal. Also, someone from the design side should have administrative override privileges to address this as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In creased efficiency, and document control.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise establishing use protocols specific to your project, company and or application. It does not provide out of the box protocols.
