This is one of the best products out there that I haved used. It's extremely easy to used and great to mark ups

Procore for Commercial Construction
What do you like best about the product?
Streamlines many of our industry's daily tasks and creates efficiencies in processes. Our team has been able to cut out a lot of double entries in multiple systems and has increased the quality of our documentation and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be rigid and if you have a process that doesn't follow theirs, things can get very tricky. It is hard to reword company processes to fit into their workflow, but we have come up with workarounds for the time being. There is a minimal amount of customization; most of it does not include reporting. APIs can be an absolute nightmare of finger-pointing when an issue arises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are alleviating a lot of duplicity. Communication is becoming more efficient as well. Our team has also significantly increased the details of their daily documentation since daily reports and photos are so easy on the mobile app.
Solid Program for the Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Procore is that is has a plethora of tools that allow for someone to organize and administer a job effectively. Tracking of finances, RFI's, COR's, etc is a strength.
What do you dislike about the product?
A part of Procore that could be developed more is the timecard option. While accessible, it is not as easy to enact or regularly use. Having an expanded option to include general labor timecard entry for people who do not have app access but just need to input time to a job would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking, tracking, tracking. Keeping a hold on paperwork and all in one place is the biggest benefit. As well as organization for yourself as a sub too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its great even for a subcontractor, don't spend too much time using tools that are only for GC if that is your goal.
Increased quality of communication
What do you like best about the product?
All the information that you or the consultants and sub trades needs is right at their fingertips. And all parties are basing decisions on the same relevant set of documents and information. I have confidence that when I upload a drawing the changes will be noticed and everyone on site will be referring to the most recent drawing set.
Another item is instant change order tracking on the budget tool. There is no longer a long paper trail before the numbers show up on the budget.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some smaller sub trades struggle with technology. It ends up requiring more work on our side to ensure their scope of work is integrated with procore correctly. The only solution we have found for this is to treat some subs as we did in the past. We call them about a project, they come and visit us in office and once their bid is complete they fax it in. We then take the fax, scan it and upload it to procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for people to claim that they didn't see an email or didn't download a document, but with procore it allows us as the General Contractor to see exactly who has viewed documents, emails and other communication. It has greatly increased the amount of Accountability, increased accuracy in change orders, less rework because of accurate information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask for a demo, Procore has an incredibly fast and competent customer service. They work to adjust procore to meet and fit your specific needs. There is also great training that you can take through procore. It is separated and split into each role, ie supervisor, designer, ect.
Great project management software for GC's, and Subcontractors!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to manage punch and outstanding punch items across multiple projects. It puts all of the current documents and specifications in one place, for access by multiple users. Eliminates the hard to use FTP websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be hard to find an obscure document when not referenced specifically - common to construction not a fault of the software. Downloading previous plan sets can sometimes be confusing depending on how they were uploaded by the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore provides one convenient portal to manage multiple projects and clients. You can see the most current set of plans and specs, along with past issues to track changes, and manage costs and pricing for the field work.

Great product for implementing project management, and assigning tasks out. Easy and straightforward to use as a subcontractor as well.

Best part of Procore is access to most current set of plans and also that you can still access previous plans for review of changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike now. All of the features work for what we use it for.

Ease of access to plans.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the instant connectivity that Procore provides. We can have someone in the field and instantly share data with the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations with a number of the tools, as well as integration between tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transfers of photos, and plan management. Our email in-boxs are no longer clogged with photos. We no longer have to haul around prints because we can use the drawings tool on our ipads.

The drawings, specs, and photo tools have been extremely helpful in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Love the company. Love the support. Their are some features missing that would be nice to have but they are continually adding new features and there is nothing we can't live with out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining communication between the field and office staff and better documentation of jobs. We have seen a big decrease in the amount of calls to project managers with simple questions and we have referenced drawing markups and photos multiple times in the short time we have been a customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just a great company. From the sales process to support they have been extremely helpful and friendly. You can tell they care about the user experience. Highly recommend to anyone considering Procore vs other project management software.
We've had some push back from employees but overall adoption has been good. We are continulaly rolling out more features to the field and have just scratched the surface of what Procore can do but don't be intimidated by that. Procore makes everything intuitive and easy to implment and has great training.

Cloud based, immediate updates and flow of information.

Not terribly user friendly or customizable for a subcontractor.

Plans to the field, documents to the field, and time cards.

More integration, customizing, speed, ease of use (drawings, COs, etc)

The drawings tool is the most critical tool.

Coordination between drawings (and revisions and documents) and documentation of jobsite

Follow the tutorials and reach out to customer support. they are always available through the live chat and are very helpful. the solution to your problem is typically very easy to figure out.
