Mobile app accessibility and user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as much customization as I thought for each tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to access drawings, submittals, and documents on site.

The idea that stake holders can all access information from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software encourages the use of other third party apps to accomplish what it cannot. I would prefer a software that can do it all in one place. The integration between other applications is definitely not as seamless as Procore claims. In the contrary, the integrations have proven all to be painfully complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company gets to be viewed as more modern and up to date with technology. Budgets are more easily managed in Procore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Accounting is not a function of Procore, you have to use an external accounting system and you need to make sure you are ok with all the work it takes for both systems to be on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
All information on your finger tips. You can compare daily log report to drawings and ensure the third party quality tests are acceptable in order to release payments in financials. As per the budget and overall commitment to the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contract Documents, Documents needs more categorization and options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High Rise Projects and Hotels. Easy to compare drawings, markups and relevant financials/invoices along with quality control on your tips

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is its ease of use and convenience. It is easy enough to figure out how to use. We've had a number of otherwise resistant individuals who were able to get over the hurdle of the learning curve and have learned to like it
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is on the expensive side. The price tag for Procore as a percentage of project dollar volume in terms of a yearly expenditure can be a tough commitment to face.

Documentation of submittals, RFIs, issues, photos, drawings
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As is the case with any software implementation, you definitely need to have a plan in place. Procore offers a lot of help in this area and will aid in guiding you through the process. But you will want to have the right processes and people in place internally to help maximize your success. Not having the right people on the bus and in the right seats will only aid the resistance to change.

What do you like best about the product?
Photographs and association to RFI , inspections, etc allopw for prompt live time review of conditions, progress, and issues in live time to all parties in any location
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a couple of items that are details. Numerical tracking of PO vs subcontracts (Commitments) has had some programming issues I ve address with support.
Also- I am going to reach out to support for a final update on submittal action. There are a couple of updates I would like to see integrated.

Tracking items are key (photos, submittals, RFI, punchlst)
Unfortunatly I dont do enough with procore for accounting, but they seem to have ever improving capability.

The seemless interface between the office and the field has given our projects a new dimension of communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat difficult for new users to use the platform. Not everything is customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
submittals and RFI's are now easier to access in the field.

Make employees become procore certified before begining work.
Real Time Project Management Onsite or Off
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see up to date information real time whether we're on site or off. Sharing of data, drawings and scheduling is easy and notifications are a click away for the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can lag at times and the directory could use some upgrades.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to analyze each project, see where we need to focus and adjust on costs and time for the next. It helps us become better Project Managers and General Contractors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore provides the ability to have all your project, contact and scheduling information in one location, assists you in tracking your costs, meetings, communications and more at a click of the mouse. Whether onsite or in the office, each team member will have access to all the data, be able to update as needed, add photos, upload documents and drawings and share information easily. A great tool for a Project Manager freeing up time to focus on the Project not the administrative part and paperwork.

Everything is very intuitive, great training and help section for when you do have to figure things out. Support is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like some flexibility in what office vs field can see with cost codes ... but you can always Post and Idea and see what others are asking for ... ProCore does make changes

Tracking - easy to track status of everything, keep track of everything - who has what, where do you have to follow up. Getting information back from the field is instant, no longer waiting for the guys to bring in paperwork.
Reliable, Fast, All In One Project Management Program
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is located in one place within the cloud. Anyone who is allowed access can access it without having to pay additional fees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Program is constantly evolving and growing which makes it hard for some of the more non-technology savy users to keep up with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, access of information, keeping everyone organized.

What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive approach to having all construction management tools and programs under a single roof. Makes it easier to manage everything from finances, contracts, change orders, insurance, meetings, etc in a single location.

Some of the areas where you can't customize.

We have been able to put all financial pieces together in one location, which helps with accounting and billing processes.
