Ability to organize and streamline all aspects of construction documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As-built markup tool needs some strengthening. Also, need to push subcontractor engagement with procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document tracking and organizational structure of procore increases professional credibility.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration tools are a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom forms are not very customizable. Its all or nothing you cannot toggle off the ones you do not want to use on the project level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved from manual processes to a collaborative environment.

Great tool the customer services is amazing .

User Friendly - easy to work in and link the different departments on one project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no ability to change trades as a whole, you need to individually enter each company

We are now tracking all RFI's, linking with iSqft. etc.

Very helpful in keeping everything organized in one place.

The budget and drawing tool and the way everything links together.

The submittal tool could be better. Kind of confusing at first.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore's streamlined construction and utilization benefits so many of the contractors documentation needs. It's effortless and quickly becomes second nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to outline here. The development team is well at work adding features and guiding customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow timing is improved. Professionalism is shared. Documentation is centralized.
Slow, behind needs
What do you like best about the product?
Processing of documentation to subcontractors and design team
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything else is not intuitive and needs multiple steps. The system does not write all services to Sage and vice versa

I have not found a benefit other then stated above.

I worked in Marketing so it allowed us to access the information from the Project Managers and images very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the file organization could be better. Sometimes it s hard to find exactly where some images are. This is key for marketing purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better communication!! It allows us in marketing to work communicate with project managers more easily without having to bother them via email or phone.
