An expansive tool set that is user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of the tool set and the accessibility of information to field personnel and sub-contractors. Everyone has access to the software and can get the most up to date information on the project whenever they want. The APP for your tablet or smart phone is fantastic, well thought out interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling relies on MS Project which isn't necessarily a bad thing but does require major schedule adjustments to happen outside of Procore and then loaded in. I like that they do integrate with other software like MS project that fills a need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time with consistent workflow and continual access to critical project information. The tutorials and help desk make it so we don't have to train people, they do it for us. We look more professional with software tools like this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have an excellent demo team so if you are considering it, go for a deep dive demonstration and also watch the training videos you can find online if you need more convincing. They also have a ROI document tailored to your company they can use to convince management of the investment.

I really enjoy that you have support articles and videos for each aspect of Procore
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the directions in the support articles can be confusing with the workflows. A couple of the older members in my team/office had a hard time learning with the videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are cutting down on paper and streamlining our business process and it is helping with our bidding process and distribution of our plans/drawings to subs

Great Product, very helpful in all aspects of Construction Business and there are tons of support articles to help you understand every part of the Software.
It's been very easy to learn and navigate.

I love the ease of use and reporting options.

I haven't found anything that I don't like so far.

It's helping us to track our projects more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very user friendly & the customer service is amazing! They have a representative assist with the implementation and all through the first year. They have support & the chat feature is available to help answer questions in seconds. I have used it for several projects and I believe it is a really good tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point I have not found anything that I dislike. PROCORE is incredibly user friendly and a great way to keep the entire team on the same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has really helped with organization. I see a huge benefit to the photos tool.

This is a great construction project management tool. I have found it incredibly helpful!
The Next Level
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is cloud based. That solves almost all of our issues with mobility and distribution of information to the entire project team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is our only dislike, however, we do understand this is a premium product, and the value we get from it is indeed substantial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobility and distribution of information. Procore gives us and our project team a hub for everything. Distribution of information such as drawings, specifications, submittals, etc. is much, much easier. Greater effeciency is our most significant benefit.

Customer Service team is always very knowledgeable and when they don't know the answer they are already quick to find out.

I really can't say that there is anything I dislike.

Fantastic software

It's very intuitive and user friendly to use.

Sometimes it's slow to load and switch between screens.

FTP hosting, clean and manageable way of managing projects. Mobile app is great for field use.

can be clunky in the financial side, syncing can be difficulty to administer

What do you like best about the product?
The bidding portion is my favorite. It has cut the amount of time in the bid phase in half, at least!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike, which is not a Procore issue, is trying to get our subcontractors to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has helped us organize and track all documentation from bidding phase to completion.
Well-organized program with some issues

Easy, instant transfer of info and documents to the field

Some days the Procore page will not open, probably due to too much traffic

One central location for all job files. Less errors and less wasted time transferring info and drawings.
