Great software to manage construction projects!
What do you like best about the product?
When the software was designed it took into consideration construction industry standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'm not able to do the things the software are suppose to do and I have to spend some time with technical support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage submittals, invitation to bid, RFIs, punchlist, schedule, drawings, daily logs, inspections, observations, photos.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy this product it will help you organized your projects and keep track of all important details related to the progress of the project.

All the tools are pretty easy and simple to use.

Some of the safety related reports are a little complex to set up

Very user friendly and easy to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
Meeting every week during implementation and follow up to ensure all homework is completed. The ability to look at the training videos and practise as much as you need to ensure you are following the processes provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more life in the training videos - it was felt they were too "canned" and could use some additional features - sometimes not enough detail and going through the videos too quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management - can keep us on track and more focused on our projects timelines.
Marketed as a project management time saving tool, I find this product not intuitive & non-linear.
What do you like best about the product?
It does a great job of keeping drawings and specs close at hand for everyone on site (so long as you keep on top of uploading the newest information). I also like that the system sends out automatic reminders to complete tasks so my email is freed up from reminders and overdue tasks I don't have time to attend to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find the system is set up to follow the fairly linear sequence of construction project management. Changes to the contract documents are generated by consultants, sent to contractors, priced by trades and then reverse back up. Priced by contractor to consultants, and approved by owner, consultant and GC. I also find very little consistency in the tool placement - sometimes on the sidebar, sometimes in the form, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to keep updated information available to all team members at all times. Everyone should be working with the same information which is shareable up to Owners as well as down to Trades.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are lots of nice mobile applications for keeping up to date in the field. Just ensure you consider your workflow and how it relates to the workflows set up in Procore, as I find them very disjointed for construction projects. Implementation is very onerus and there is a lot of set up depending which tools you are going to be using.

Integration of cost codes to Quickbooks is a little different

Out of the blue upgrades. Sometimes modules seem to be upgraded and improved without warning. Mostly there is an improvement, but you need to get used to another way of doing things on the fly.

Is an easy tool to use, very intuitive, fast, we have not had failures or problems of things that do not work. The technical support we use is for some doubts about how we could perform a certain task.in the first month, after that no problems at all.
