Procore Pay Boosts Efficiency but Needs Direct Cost Payment Feature
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Procore let's us integrate our systems more efficiently. Especially Procore Pay. It not only minimizes risks but it allows us to deliver our work on time. Instead of engaging in repetitive tasks, we are now free to engage in higher level analysis and problem solving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside right now is the Pay does not allow us to pay our direct cost through Pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving us not having all of our information on different platforms.
Streamlined Processes and Real-Time Insights with Procore
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to streamline Processes and gain real time insight into Project data.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is "new" and "different" and people are afraid of new and different. But that's on them, not on Procore. This is, however, having a negative impact on the Ease of Implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having our data on the cloud so users can access from anywhere without VPN connection restrictions. Also improving consistency among processes.
Great Documentation, but Too Many Screens to Navigate

Easy accessible documentation when trying to find an answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many screens to get through.

It's helping to get Commitments out and back in an easy manner.
Great All-in-One Tool, but Needs Better Intuitiveness

Everything in one place. Easy for field and office teams to connect.

Could be more intuitive for users to navigate

How to tag punch items by unit number when there are hundreds of units. also to get prime contract change orders to sync with Sage 100.

the new drawings tool update is more confusing than it needs to be

punch lists are better organized, meeting minutes are easier to find, schedules are easier to read

Great Task Organization, But Needs Multi-Company User Support
What do you like best about the product?
All of my daily tasks are conveniently organized in one central place, making it easy for me to access everything I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to link a single user to multiple companies, which is a limitation I have encountered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really enjoy using Procore Pay. It makes distributing payments simple and helps me easily keep track of all subcontractor waivers.
Great for Construction Document Management
What do you like best about the product?
Construction document management and version control for plans. Project info is located all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to easily edit user info when adding to the directory.

Having access to the latest drawings and the ability to share without using personal folders.
