Great Program
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has helped our company eliminate the need for multiple programs and processes to achieve the same results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far, I have not experienced any issues with Procore
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our company to have our procedures consolidated within one program while still maintaining permission-based access so users can see only what they need to see
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a trial run. Complete Procore Certifications to get a real view of how the software works and the various components and how they will relate to your needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view everything related to a project, all in ONE place, has been extremely useful. Need to see a subcontract, PO, or potential change order related to the job? Procore. Need to request information or view the submittals related to a project? Procore. Need to see the inspections or observations created from the jobsite? Procore. It's all there and in one area. The ability for subcontractors to view the information related to the project they are on, all in one place is priceless. No more sending information back and forth or lost emails. It's all there together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the number of notification emails received. While I understand that it is to notify, it seems many people get so fed up with the notification emails, that they are ignored, and therefore are not fulfilling their purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lost paperwork and disorganization are solved with Procore's Forms, Inspections, and Documents tools.
Our safety team has really benefited from the Daily Logs, Inspections and Incidents tools, running reports to show safety metrics on the projects, determining where we can spend more time/effort making our projects safer and more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore takes a wealth of information and makes it easy to process, and communicate between numerous team members. And their system is incredibly intuitive for everyone to try and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That they don't have accounting software integrated on their own platform (not just an integration).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving, communication clarity etc.
Work in Procore Daily, I would be lost without it.

Ability to manage 6-7 projects at a time, in one place!

Some changes that appear without warning.

Efficient workflow of data and information for every project- every time!

Great product. We had an Architect today say how wonderful and easy it was to use! Music to our ears!

The live chat feature ! Every time I needed help using Procore someone was available right away on the live chat And answered my question

N/A so far I have not found anything that I dislike about Procore
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting minutes template & daily log template are great because you can export them as PDF on a very nice form It makes it really easy to distribute the minutes or email out a daily log I have received positive feedback from the end-users when I send them those forms

Interaction with scheduling programs and the access by the A/E groups

The inability to let my Procore system access and interchange information between another Procore user

Usability. Procore is a very user friendly application that can be used for any contractor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations can be difficult, especially with Sage 300. Making this easier would help us as contractors understand items such as budgets, and things of that nature

It is worth the money. Spend the time to understand the tools and that will help with the usability

Ease of use. Interface with other team members. Can use for bidding through construction.

I would like the bid module to include prequalification of my bidders.

Refreshing Way to Manage Construction projects
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service and technical support for setup and guidance is stellar! Intuitive interface allows for easy processing of construction stages & keep an eye on whose court the ball is in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new changes can be challenging if you do not keep up to date on the new insight pop-ups. Errors can be time intensive to correct once they have proceeded too far in a workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining project management. Easily defining costs on a job. Ease of close-outs and billing.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that the help desk is always helpful when it comes to answering my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some of my subs have issues logging in and getting to the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't think of any business problems. The biggest benefit is the Directory. My supers out on the jobsite can have all the information at their fingertips.
