Good user interface
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has a very good user interface and is very convinient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many features on one platform. Confusing sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a number of projects simultaneously.

Can use for your projects without any prior knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it combines all the tools you use in construction into one platform. You do not have to worry about things getting lost in emails!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the accounting tools, the tools are complicated and can be difficult to understand at first. A BIG learning curve!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing communication between job site and office people. Having the ability to streamline the process and not worry about things becoming lost or forgotten about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product is top of the line. The Procore people care about you and your opinion and can help to make the software work for you! The software is not perfect for everyone, but get it a shot and don't just say no. The software is intuitive and easy to use, has the mobile/app platform and is a great resource to keep everything and everyone connected during a project.

simple to use and full customer support to keep projects moving.

Sometimes large files take longer to download.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cloud storage of documents with chain of custody review process.

Size of team and project to know accurate business pricing.

What do you like best about the product?
That all my subs can have access to the same project. Any questions, submittals or changes, they'll see it too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't connect my project management software to it so it's on track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RFI's, submittals, meetings, etcs. It's made team/sub organization easier and I can click on who has access to what.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I use it for construction management and it's been a lifesaver. Easy apps and on computer. Just get your teammates on board.

What do you like best about the product?
I know procore because it’s ease of use. I can track my projects quickly and efficiently

There can be a bit of a lag at times. It’s overall pretty decent

We use tia to track all of our construction projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time to learn the program

It is very easy to work with. And makes it simple to use on a tablet or device in the field.

Sometimes there is lag on loading things.

We use it for our projects and it seems to work great for communication throughout the project.
Makes job easier and more professional
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is so much easier to use for submittals than Sage in the construction setting. Directory is cleaner and more complete

Collaborating with Sage more smoothly. We use Sage for the accounting side and if Sage would work better with Procore, it would make Project Management easier in regards to Change Orders etc

Submittals between Arch and Subs. Having Specs and Drawings up to date and in one place

i like the web-based ease of it. very easy to distribute documents with owners, architects, subs, etc.

the cost management software could use some work

the streamlining of documents. its also much easier to share documents with the superintendents in the field

very easy to use. and it is fast, saves time normally spent on administrative items. once the cost management is up to speed (billing primarily), it will be ideal

What do you like best about the product?
Drawing review on tablet devises works great. Better than bluebeam for fast streaming of data set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems laggy on a PC when viewing PDF drawings through web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project data management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a small project to test on. Give yourself time to learn prior to launch.
Good automation but some features still feel like beta version
What do you like best about the product?
Automated emails, submittal workflow, Emailing directly from Procore UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
RFI response time not business days. Procore is constantly updating the platform to add new feature and appease customer's requests but it makes it hinders efficiency in using the program when you need to relearn the steps for each task.

Increased communication efficiency. Submittal and approval tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider all aspects before setting up the templates and tools. It is a bit more difficult to modify after initial setup.
