We have been using Procore for about 8 months and I believe it has been a helpful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The RFI and Submittals tools have probably been the most useful to me in keeping track of the status of each one. Having all the documents related to the project in one place is useful, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some subcontractors, architects and our own personnel that are either resistant to the use of Procore or they don't use it to it's potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe it is most helpful in keeping track of the status of RFIs and Submittals. Also, that it reminds architects when they have outstanding items that they need to act on. We have had one owner remark that they like having access to the project information

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to access the program at any moment needed. I could be away from my work computer and need to access something, and can easily do so by using the mobile app!
What do you dislike about the product?
So customization is not yet available, but the customer success team really helps us work on these items to see if they can incorporate in future updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time updates to project documents is huge. It give all new drawings to users in the field and can help us with changes, lost time, and materials that may be affected
Creating RFI's
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigation through the site and the RFI module makes it easier for the Architect to review and respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inspection module, need to have actual pre-made inspection templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues with tracking response time for RFI's and Submittals from the Architect. Procore helps with having the ability to print out a chart that can be shown in the Owner's meeting to show responses from the Architect is slow and slowing done performance of work to be done because questions and submittals are not being answered in a timely fashion.

I like that it helps everyone throughout the business communicate and share information.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the price there are some updated features in other apps that I would like to see Procore add.

Communication and we benefit by being able to share information with everyone

Document sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of document sharing. Clients do not have to pay in order to view or upload documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of time it takes to get everything set up inititally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has solved document sharing. Plan markups are easily to share with the project team.
This program is very user-friendly

Very easy program to learn and use on multiple devices

Procore is the best Project Management Software on the market!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is an awesome tool that tour project management team and clients use. It allows us to submit RFI easily and mark up drawings easily. We can also easily see updates in the filed for our Supervisors. It allows us to perform Pre-bid site visits and take pictures that will be displayed on the drawing location so there is not a question of the picture location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finances part of procore is not very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest challenge is getting vendors/customers on board with utilizing Procore. Most are very receptive and jump on board quickly, but a few insist on working outside of Procore, and then we are forced into entering the information in Procore separately.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get procore you wont regret it. It will help save time and money.

Seamlessly goes from bidding to active to post construction
What do you dislike about the product?
Its difficult if you have many jobs going on at once to hop from one to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large projects cannot be emailed to subcontractors due to file size, Procore makes it easy to send even the largest files. Moves easily from bidding to construction to post bid.

Give it a shot! We started using the program as a subcontractor before puchasing.

What do you like best about the product?
Next Gen Change Events - The ability to preform all tasks related to a change event on one page
What do you dislike about the product?
Budget Modifications - it is still a time consuming process because you have to do a Budget modification for each Cost Code. It would be nice to be able to do multiple Budget Modifications in one transaction
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Procore to maintain our Project Management side of the projects. All the information is in one place and there is no need to try and track it down
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using Procore, be sure to use it to its full potential. There are a lot of tools available to you, use them. The information you can get out of Procore is only as good as the information you put into it.
Fantastic tool for budget tracking
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to be able to split your budgets between not only types (labor, materials, etc) but also anticipated and forcasted costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit cumbersome when loading costs from another accounting system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Procore to actively track budget issues in real time.
