I can navigate multiple jobs and different aspects of them with ease

There are lots of little quirks that I find daily, but overall am very happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
overall job management is much easier

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my projects are separated by contractor. Procore is much easier to navigate than some of the other sites my company uses to share documents/view projects from our contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find a way to connect with my supervisor. He gets invites and asks me to view them, but I can't access them because I didn't get the invite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it is much easier to log in to view the documents and prints than to file them on my PC and try to find them later. Also, if there is an update in the drawings I know I always have the most current.
Procore - Architects Perspective
What do you like best about the product?
Procore allows us to manage and distribute to the construction team the latest/current drawings. One of the biggest challenges during CA is managing revisions from the entire team and ensuring that the team has what it needs on site. Procore makes it extremely simple to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the only way to distribute drawings, files, or backgrounds is if the individual is in the project "Directory". Would be nice if there were a way to input contacts for "one off" distributions. Not everyone who needs files/drawings needs access to the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having a streamlined central place to manage a current set of drawings, we solve liability issues with the GC not having the latest drawings. Procore has greatly improved our ability to stay organized and keep projects clean.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
An extremely well designed and easy to use project management system. One of it's greatest strengths is the company's openness to its consumers needs and constant improvement.

The uniform record keeping for drawings and Construction Admin
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't seem to get notifications many times and suddenly a whole bunch of submittals show up overdue. The download is also sometimes confusing, it only downloads the transmittal and not the attachment itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All parties follow the same system of organizing documents. Easy to go back and check timelines.

Understand notification set up properly

The availability of it at my fingertips.

I dislike nothing about it. I can’t think of a single thing that I do not use on a regular basis.

I’m an able to be much more productive than before with the information at my fingertips.

We posting critical project information on the Procore "cloud" so that selected clients could view the information at their leisure.

The bidding tool works for small bids, but needs enhancements to works for larger bids.

Procore help us manage all of the documents, contracts, and changes for a construction project.

Try a trial project on Procore, you will see right away that is the best Construction Project Management software on the market.

Complete project management suite and is easy to use.

Some of the drop down menus are hard to navigate to enter subcontractors.

Project management. Benefits consolidate all of the management applications.

You will not be disappointed. I use it daily and it is very organized. Our clients and subcontractors also find Procore easy to use.
Procore review from a consultants perspective
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Procore system can store and upload large files and can also hold large files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it takes a long time to upload files. I also think that it sometimes takes a while to navigate from page to page when trying to upload documents in different sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy place to coordinate with our construction (DoD) clients. The system stores a lot of data, records the uploaded data and provides access to all parties allowed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for document sharing with clients. Especially good for large documents, such and engineering documents and drawings, contracts, etc.
