App works well in the Field
What do you like best about the product?
I can create an observation and upload pictures and then edit it back at the office if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still a little clunky, comments you make become permanent, you can't go back and fix spelling after you have hit send.

What do you like best about the product?
ON Procore we are able to use this on tablets and phones in the field. Questions are answered very quick. RFIS, Submittals. This system keeps track of it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that they would have more capabilities from the phone. Not all services are offered as they are on a PC>

Mobil app is useful to browse documents but has limited administrative features.

Procore makes it easy for architects and engineers, contractors, and owners to collaborate, share information, and submit construction documents for any size project.
Procore is a useful tool worth learning about and using.

It is easy to use and all inclusive software.

My company does not give access easily to employees.

Project management. It is all inclusive. Use it for takeoffs, submittals, punch list. Track the project from start to finish.

Offer training sessions to get the full benefit from Procore and let employees give feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the software is intuitive and fairly easy to figure out the features even if I haven't used them in awhile. Being web-based which allows the project data to be kept up to date live in real time. PRocore support has also been responsive and have implemented suggestions in product updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there should be a "submit" button when trying to submit submittals to the architect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the software for project management, specifically and primarily for document control (keeping drawings & RFI's updated for use in the field), subcontract management, owner contract management, subcontractor & owner billings, RFIs, submittals, and change management. The software is relatively user friendly and intuitive. Procore support is also very responsive to helping.

Best Construction Project Management System
What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility is the best feature of Procore. We have all of the project documentation at our fingertips anywhere we have an internet connection. Procore continues to develop new features to make the system robust and user friendly. Procore is a huge time saver on our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore was developed mostly for General Contractors, so some of our functions as owners representative have to be modified to work in Procore, particularly change and management. However, Procore is continually working to improve this flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small construction management firm that serves as the owner's representative on Public Works projects. We use Procore to manage all of our projects. It's ease of use and flexibility allows us to implement the features we need specific for each project. The cloud based access and mobile apps are wonderful and keeps us running efficiently in the field.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. This is the best construction project management software on the market right now. It's in a class of its own.

The construction management portion is comprehensive and intuitive. Every time I log on to execute a task, I am able to find the window I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bid phase support needs to evolve for unusual situations. I realize software evolution is a process to reach unusual projects like ours.

We are in the bidding and construction process of multiple components of a large project.
