Impressive Tool Variety and Continuous Improvement, but Tab Overload
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of tools at your disposal is extraordinary, and they keep revamping each year! Not only do they continually improve the existing tools, but they listen to their customers needs to create new tools to help our workflows and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the amount of tabs I need open to work through everything I need to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our project teams across all regions be consistent in how they operate the jobs.
Easy to Use, but Recent RFI and Meeting Updates Disappoint
What do you like best about the product?
The ease to use. Ability to be able to have Docusigns sent through documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new RFI and meetings updates are worse than they were before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all information in one place for us as GC, owner and architect. Able to manage with ease.

It would be nice to have a more robust BIM area.

everything is in one place, and procore is constantly evolving

integrations with sage and how financial data comes back into Procore

Procore is simplifying portfolio-level reporting through its analytics features. The platform is also advancing its AI capabilities, allowing users to access the full range of benefits without needing to know how to code.

Financial integration with Sage Intacct needs work.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Construction Technology teacher, I use the platform to train my students in industry standards and protocols. When I speak with professionals in the field, they confirm that they use Procore and are enthusiastic about connecting with the next generation. I appreciate Procore's generosity in helping to prepare young people for their future careers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an educator, I would appreciate a more intuitive way to train my students on the software. Making the training process easier to understand would greatly benefit both instructors and learners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still getting familiar with the basics, but I would benefit from additional training on the software. I am eager to discover more ways to incorporate it into my classroom.

That you have to use bid forms in the bidding tool.

The drop downs and inability to add multiple contacts at one time
