What do you like best about the product?
That everyone can be contacted with updates with one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much. Procore meets most of our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contacts, prime contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, daily log. We find it very beneficial to our corporate office and field personnel with issues that may arise every day on all of our projects,.

No preview/easy access on photos. You had to double click and open each file.

What do you like best about the product?
The like the most about procore is the meetings tool. I like how I am able to set up meetings, invite important subcontractors, take and add notes in the meeting tool, and convert these notes into meeting minutes once finished. Because I am solely responsible for meeting minutes and disbursement, this tool makes my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about procore is that I have to add people to our project directory to send them plans and documents. I would like the option of typing in an email address in order to send plans to an individual or company without adding them to the directory first. This is because often times I am sending drawings to third party companies for various reasons. Often times these third-party companies do not need to be primary subcontractors on the project, nor do they need constant access to the drawings or project tools for the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Housing all of our documents for multiple projects in one spot. Accessible on multiple platforms; phones, tablets, computers. It is easy to use, especially for our subcontractors, and it is easy to send out documents to everyone on the project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have time in your day to devote to watching the training videos and playing around with the site and the tools in order to have a full understanding on all that Procore has to offer.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with QuickBooks and amazing support staff are by far the greatest aspects of the Product as a member of Accounting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downfall for me is that there are some transactions that won't sync with QuickBooks, such as the Sales Order Schedule of Values.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the tools needed for project management and monitoring financials of the project in one.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has enabled us to save countless hours with its various features in project management, specifically with meeting management (agendas and minutes), RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and documents. It has streamlined the communication process between architects/engineers, clients, subcontractors, and us as the project managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some specific features may not be as user-friendly as on other software (ie: punch lists on Procore compared to Plangrid).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has become an invaluable tool in communication and project management in all stages of construction.

What do you like best about the product?
One stop shop for bidding, project tracking, RFIs, submittals, punch lists, billing etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a fan of the color orange. navigation through all the submenus, trying to remember how to get to an option. requires a lot of clicking to get to detailed information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Submitting bids, RFIs, submittals, and billing is easier. The ability to get revised drawings and other bid documentation any time without having to request them from the general contractor. The project directory helps to know who is involved from what company and who to talk to about issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talk to someone you trust who has used the platform for a while that can give to a good idea of how it works, what they like and don't like about it.

What do you like best about the product?
- It allows for greater transparency and collaboration.
- It promotes accountability of Project Stakeholders.
- It can be robust or simple, depending on the project's needs.
- It streamlines processes across all projects.
- It is constantly being improved.
- It's has strong backbone tools to manage project items such as RFIs and drawings.
- Customer support is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The software can be overwhelming to some users; although, most find it very intuitive.
- Procore is always evolving, which can cause issues with company process development.
- The payment requisitions tool is cumbersome and our subcontractors rarely are capable of using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is:
- Improving our project management workflow.
- Allowing for standardization of processes.
- Allowing for greater collaboration on construction projects.
- Decreasing redundant business processes and entries.
- Decreasing errors that result from a lack of document management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore has become a must-have tool for me to operate as a Project Manager. If you are running complex projects with a diverse project team, it can be a tremendous asset.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to bid jobs and then set up the job in the same program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The directory...I feel like it is used best for smaller directories, our company has over 12,000 companies from all over the US and if we want to "ADD ALL" to bidders list we have to go in to each company to do it, instead of a mass change...it will take our company months to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to do bidding and commitments all in one program!! Plus so much more,

Easy to use. Works great. The support team is awesome.

Tracking true cost. Streamlined the change order process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Implement full use in stages. There is a lot to learn on each tool so don't try to jump in with both feet on everything, you may miss some of the key features.
