If only trades and consultants would enjoy using it too
What do you like best about the product?
Drawings management and it's auto fill up. In the future, I hope to see that the set name could be edited as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trades and other supposedly users do not like using it especially having to login and remembering their own password. Not having the option of viewing procore the way the subtrades or other users view it, to help them resolve issues, especially since most of them do not like taking the time to reach out themselves to procore's cusomter support when I cannot help them because the issue can only be resolved by a procore support team member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic spreadsheet (csv/pdf) creation - accuracy and time saver

Consider first if most of your users are "old school" or receptive to new technology.

The ease of use when using it in the field.

The ability to distribute a submittal from the field.

Project management. Quick turnaround on construction documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the fact that procore is cloud based and that there is an app. I can be out in the field away from my computer and pull up an RFI or submittal to clarify questions with guys in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times when you have to many windows open it can crash. I have had a few occasions where I was unable to access the site for a few hours. I'm not sure if that was due to our staff having to many windows opened or site maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With procore we are able to keep all of the data for a project in one place. We are also saving time and money by having everything available online. It makes accessing items in the field very convenient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend time learning about all of the features. Maybe have a few company wide trainings and get everyone on board.
Procore is Rad.
What do you like best about the product?
The drawings tab is my favorite. It is so easy to keep drawings up to date and post RFI's or other changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The submittal tab is a little clunky when it comes to re-sumbittals.

Procore saves me so much time because it automatically logs documents and sets reminders for due dates.

Procore is very user friendly. It keeps your job organized. And it's web based so its easy to access anywhere.
Great program for managing construction projects.
What do you like best about the product?
As administrator in my office, I am quickly able to add subcontractors and other contacts when requested by the field supervisors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to get buy-in by some of the "seasoned" office management and even more difficult to get buy-in from the field. In the field especially, there is no grey area. They either use it, or they don't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While we are barely scratching the surface of its benefits, we have found that those superintendents who embrace the program use are finding it very useful for quick access to the most recent plans/specs and for keeping accurate daily logs.

What do you like best about the product?
Project management tools are very useful for creating RFI's to design team. Easy to upload revisions to ensure current drawings are available in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
When emails are no longer valid/changing procore could do a better job of listing the companies/emails which are invalid so we can remove from system/update contact info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for seamless transition from field to office. Transparency with construction/design team. Great tool for estimating

What do you like best about the product?
Bundling PCOs into a CO and the ability to export the reports for billing back up. I also do the billing for the all of our projects. The payment applications are very user friendly. It is a huge help to be able to export the pay app for the architects signature. The drawing tool has been great. We like the ability to link RFI's to drawings. That has been very useful for our field staff. We just started to input all the vendor insurance information into the directory as well. This will help bring to light any expiring certificates we need to obtain.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could include labor rates in the manpower log. This would help tremendously with billing. I also wish that there was an option to export the RFP's in the bidding tool to email direct, with out using the procore email tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has helped our company with change order management immensely. The ease of the system helps the PMs track and record all events, creating a system that helps reduce errors. The daily logs are extremely useful for T&M tracking. We struggled with paper management for so many years. It has been very useful for some of our guys who are tend to be in and out of the office, they can spend 5-10 mins documenting changed that need to occur.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They should start with the trial. They will quickly see how easy it is.
