Procore really brings everyone together in one, cohesive space.
What do you like best about the product?
Submittal process and that the GC on site can upload images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Way email chains are received, some people are left out of the users don't know how to use the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between submittals, and also getting live photos up online.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure everyone is on board first. We have a structural engineer that doesn't like the wording in Procore's licensing agreement, and they refuse to work with it. Which, makes it difficult for us to work with them now.

Procore is a great tool for tracking documents. It can be frustrating at times due to formatting issues.

The real time, up-to-date information that is shared to everyone associated with the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes. I am very pleased with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Procore for all of our construction projects. Biggest benefit is having all project related information in one location, real time and available for all team members.
Still feels like a beta platform
What do you like best about the product?
Drawing feature allows attaching RFIs, submittals, punchlist items, pics, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot publish all redlines with one click, RFIs not business days only, editing details of submittal and RFIs and responding at the same time is not integrated well enough into one email update. Emails do not clarify exactly what was updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased efficiency in communication and delegation of construction issues.
Best management system for the GC world
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. The app is great. My field users picked it up in no time. Also the training features are great.

Integration features with my accounting system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability. Procore cuts through the subjectiveness. It holds people accountable because you can easily see where people are in a process.
Mobile capabilities are priceless.
What do you like best about the product?
How all of the data ties to your daily reports. Able to tell a complex story with photos, graphics, etc. which simplifies things greatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the submittal processing function there is some double entry that happens in the main data field then re-entry in the processing field at the bottom. Would be nice if some of these fields were linked (mainly in the dates).

Mobile photos, call notes, drawings, specs and submittal at a touch.
Good Tool, like the facebook for organizing our project

The organiozation of our contracts, po's, co's, cost reports, and drawing logs

THE APP SUCKS. I cant pull a PO when im at home depot or do my time sheet

I can pop out a CO or PO so quickly, stuff i couldnt do before

its a bit sl0w when processing items, and the APP...... please make the app better. i need to be able to pull PO's when im at stores, and do my time sheet. some days i never turn on my comp
Fantastic Web-Based Construction Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy access and navigation of the project drawings and specifications, plus the search capabilities and drawing detail linking navigation improvements that have occurred over the past few years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contract and financial tools are sometimes overly complicated. It would be great if there were a means of simple, single contract tracking from the Owner's perspective instead of the detailed GC breakdowns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Procore for one-stop access to all of our construction/renovation project information. With unlimited users, we can include all of our design consultants, contractors, subcontractors and materials suppliers to make project communication easy. Plus all of the information is at our fingertips when we are on the go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If there's something that you want it to do that it doesn't currently address, just ask! We've been able to create custom tools to address our specific needs and often our ideas get implemented system-wide.
Procore is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user-friendly interface of Procore. It is so easy to log on and immediately begin to navigate through the various menus. I really enjoy the help feature, and the fact that Procore can be accessed from anywhere. The phone app is especially useful for documenting field conditions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've experienced so far is the amount of time and steps required to upload new drawings. I'm not sure whether this is a Procore issue or an issue with the upload speeds on my company network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing Procore as a document management system. Our submittals and RFIs are all processed via Procore, and drawing distributions are made to our subs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get to know all the available tools! I know our organization is barely scratching the surface on what Procore can do for us. It is a powerful product that continues to grow with the changing climate of the industry. This company is on the move, and definitely in the right direction!
Far superior to the prior program we used for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage and distribute RFIs, submittals, drawings, etc. within the program and easily distribute without exporting and emailing via Outloook. It's much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The submittal screen shows all prior submittals in a spec section. I haven't dug into it to see if it's possible but it would be nice to roll up prior submittals into a drop down to minimize the amount of information on the screen.
