What do you like best about the product?
the ease of communication for all parties
What do you dislike about the product?
the invoicing function needs work. the meeting minutes function also takes awhile to learn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i think it is very interactive and easy to use for contacting all parties and memorializing everything
Procore is a great tool, in the office and in the field

Next Gen Change Event/Prime Contract Combo. The ease of these two tools working together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Budget Modifications - Needs some work. Having the ability to create multiple Budget Modifications at one time would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have all your project information in one spot and the ability to access it no matter is you are in the office or in the field. All of our Employees, Subcontractors, The Owner, The Architect can go to one location to find the information they need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore is a great tool, but is only as good as the information you put into it. If you are going to use Procore, be sure to use it to its full potential
Procore is valuable tool to use for consturction projects

Using the daily log and drawings help me the most with my jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much to learn at first. Learning terminology take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing and tracking RFI, and submittals is a huge help to the project.
Awesome collaborative space for builders and designers
What do you like best about the product?
The Drawing layout, which intelligently organizes construction drawings, and replaces addendums when new ones are uploaded

Not much to dislike, I suppose the navigation to find archived project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is used as a hub for building drawing review, from project managers on the construction side to design members who want to review drawing revisions as they happened
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Having one platform for all team members, from GC to Subs, architect, owner, etc., to get all the information they need. Not having to use multiple Ftp sites, uploads, downloads etc to get one piece of information to 3 or 4 companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant changes. I understand evolving and making it better. However, it feels like just when we get used to how something works they change it up or add something new.

Having one platform for all team members, from GC to Subs, architect, owner, etc., to get all the information they need.
Procore - A Turn Key Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, Customer Support, Design in a method by contractors for contractors. I also appreciate it being web based, and not software making updates automatic and not cluttering space on a device.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I do not have anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, Time Efficiency, Data Management and Tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There have been a few situations where Subcontractors were hesitant or complete shut the idea down, but once giving it a shot find it is very easy to use.

The log in is a bit dis-jointed. Takes more that one attempt at times.

Rapid and organized mode of communication. Great notification system.

Coordination function of RFIs, Submittals, etc.

Limited user customizability and some admin level permission settings

Feature rich, but not customizable.
Procore has saved our company time in the field and in the office.

The time card feature has been a great asset

Microsoft Windows needs to update their software to help the app

Quicker access to the plans, submittals, and RFIs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Procore to other Construction firms who are looking to increase their communication between the field and office personnel.
