Great product, helpful support, and miles ahead of competition
What do you like best about the product?
Drawings tool - I like the ability to view the drawings anywhere I'm at whether in the office, field, doing a presentation, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more collaboration with accounting. We use the Sage integration tool but there's not a ton of functionality with reporting. Also reporting in general is a struggle. I haven't found much usefulness in the reports feature yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Elimination of duplicate entry among multiple pieces of software. Allows for seamless tracking of project data without having the data spread out all over the place.

Learn more about the software and the features that if offers.

What do you like best about the product?
Submittal management, central repository for files, punch list tool (for in field management), mobile app for on the fly viewing of drawings and specification. Having a central repository for everything means everyone is working off of the latest drawings. Setting up work flows for submittals allows effortless management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimal flexibility to adjust the user interface. Would prefer to be able to customize for instance the way the submittal page displays (remove columns that aren't applicable or of interest).
Would appreciate simpler permissions management.
Would like there to be an ability to save markups on drawings NOT on the actual published drawing file. would like better sketch management.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Construction Administration and Construction Coordination. We do not use this as a tool during the design.
A central repository for critical files is helpful, including permit documents. We have NOT yet began to roll out or adapt to ALL of the functions of ProCore (like inspections, etc.). We are more a consulting firm utilizing this for high level construction management, but NOT to manage all aspects of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
That everything is located all in one place. We no longer need multiple programs to manage jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i specifically do not like about procore

Great construction management software that hits a lot of bases but could use polish
What do you like best about the product?
Drawing revision tracking and document revision tracking. Only the most current items are visible unless you dig for old versions which gets rid of accidental sets

theres been features in the past designed to work a certain way and either get taken away or not fixed promptly. New features seem to be more important than polishing existing ones

Distribution and tracking of documents, photographic proof of work completed

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use , customer service is second to none, integrates well the third party applications .
What do you dislike about the product?
The new PLM model, it forces existing customers to move to the new environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows for collaboration that was once done via email moving our company into the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep all documents and items necessary to run a job; organized and easily kept in one place per job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to further edit submittals, and to do an INTERNAL change order without having to do Change Events as well.
