Comprehensive Project Management, but Meeting Layout Changes Are Confusing
What do you like best about the product?
Provide is a one stop shop for everything general contractors and trade partners need to successfully manage a project form start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore has changed it's meeting layout frequently in the past year or so that has made it a bit confusing on how to navigate and set up agendas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide is continuing to innovate their program to be exactly what is needed to manage a project from financials, to meetings, to document management. It's been a helpful program for the industry and I'm excited to see what else is to come!
Great Favorites Feature, But Revision Comments Missing in Submittals
What do you like best about the product?
The favorites option on the top line!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Submittals that are a revision do not include the past revision comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining processes. Updating automatic reports.
Easy for All Skill Levels, but Pricey with Frequent CSM Changes

It's ease of use for all members of team regardless of technical skillset

the cost and constant change of customer support teams

It is meeting the need of Project Management solutions in contract management, manufacturing tracking, and invoicing.
Great Project Visibility, but SOVs Can't Be Edited After Invoicing

visibility across all projects in one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
non editable SOV's after invoiced against

ease of invoice tracking, commitments in one place, can see all projects at once

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it streamlines our financial processes and the reporting in extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the visibility in some of the tools. I do not like to have to scroll to see all of the data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just learned about the advances in the bidding and scheduling tools, and I am excited to test them out.
Short and sweet
What do you like best about the product?
That there really is no messing "anything" up. It is almost fully user based.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows. I'm having a hard time trying to understand all the "step" and action items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI feature. I want to dive into more on how AI can work for me!
Great Project Management Tools, No Complaints

Project Management Tools. Easy to use and teach other

Communication after the review with our procore admin. Little follow up

My married name email hasn't been able to be changed in 2 years , now I have to create a new user as the company admin.
User-Friendly with Useful Tools, but Slow Feature Rollout
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use for folks who are not that tech savvy. it has a lot of good tools tools for the industry
What do you dislike about the product?
there are features that we have asked for that are still being worked on. the new features rollout in general in slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's good for the large portfolio of smaller projects that are all the same.
Great Team Integration, but Needs More Customizable Views
What do you like best about the product?
The communication with subcontractors and the integration with both the Field and Design Teams have been effective. I find the RFI, Observations, and RFQ features to be particularly useful tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to customize all views and have those settings persist for each user across all tools is a significant drawback. The PDF review and markup features are also quite limited; they really need to match the full functionality of Bluebeam, or the platform should consider integrating Bluebeam as the markup and review tool. Additionally, the lack of a side-by-side comparison feature in the desktop version is frustrating. When using the drawing comparison tool, it should be possible to export PDFs at the full, original size of the drawing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pay application approval, Observations are awesome tool for communicating various sub needs/ requests from GC.
Great Financial Tool, but App Limitations and Permissions Are Frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
I like the financial tool. I have found it much easier to keep everything in one location. We have other softwares but then you run into the issue of the programs communicating correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can only do certain things on the app instead of everything you can do on the computer. I also don't like how if you don't have permissions Procore wont even show you an option. I will spend all day looking for it and then after extensive investigation I just find out I don't have permissions.

Keeping the reports and photos in one web based location.
