Construction Management Streamlined
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to maintain a cohesive flow of information and history for a project from its inception during pre-construction, through construction and after closeout has been streamlined with the adoption of this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The budgeting tools are cumbersome and should be more streamlined, with the ability to be made more complex as an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Localized information, flow of work, and a true project team consisting of the owner, designer, and constructor.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The budgeting component needs help, and should seek outside input.
Procure saves trees! Use It!
What do you like best about the product?
It saves trees, it is efficient, it provides for good communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about it, improvements to functionality could be made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use less paper, less ink, we can use procore in the field.

If the pricing is fair to you then use it, we like the fact that it helps us be more efficient and use less paper.

Making Project Management Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization that Procore provides. It make everything easy to find and it's fast too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawings tool. It's like it is integrated into the other tools so much that it slows it down and it's frustrating to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is super helpful in keeping an open line of communication with the design team. Where we would normally have to manually follow-up with Architects on submittals and RFIs, Procore is automatically sending out reminders so it saves us time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it, at least give it a try. Once you dig into it a little, you realize it is super user friendly. In construction, there is a stigma that the older men in the industry hate technology (specifically superintendents) which, is partially true. But our Supers have grown to really like Procore because it is so user friendly.
Streamlining project documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Procore's customer service / Live Chat / Training Videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are days when uploading takes a long time and we could have our field guys waiting for the upload on our end in order for them to continue working on the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining project documentation on one website. One place to keep your vendor/subcontractor directory. See all changes to drawings. Send and track bid invites easily. Easy for subcontractors to upload proposal/pricing.
Manage projects from anywhere and keep your team connected
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Procore provides a place for all of our project documentation to reside. Our project teams have constant access to everything on their projects from anywhere with an internet connection. Plus, Procore allows unlimited users and storage, so no worrying about keeping up with licenses and seats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative is price. The system is expensive, but it is worth it. You would have to hire multiple employees to keep up with what Procore does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are eliminating data silos and communication breakdowns. We have already seen the system pay for itself this year, and we expect it to do the same next year.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your company is using Sage for accounting, get the ERP integration with Procore! This allows you to write PO's and track your job costs through the system.

What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility of the product makes sure that everyone, in the field and in the office, are looking at and working with the most up to date version of the drawing or document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is over complicated, especially when it comes to adding red-lines or text box comments to drawings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to completing a project, especially when drawings and submitting are being edited and revised every day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do recommend Procore, it can be a little difficult sometimes when adding red-lines in the app, but all and all it is a very helpful tool that ensures everyone is talking about the same up to date thing.
We rolled this out very quickly.

Creating custom reports that don't automatically appear in each project.
