Good Product
What do you like best about the product?
It makes our jobs run smoother and keeps them trasparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the Procore doesnt have tab to keep all pages organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping our jobs transparent so that everyone can work together.

Nothing! I wouldn't change anything on Procore

Procore allows the user to house all documents and project related items in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't edit your SOV once you approve a contract/commitment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working through editing SOVs once commitments are approved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its an one stop shop for all your data document management needs. Easy to navigate throughout the interface. Procore support is easy to chat with and are always available. the mobile app is great for performing takeoffs in the field. You are easily able to pull up any document stored in the documents tab on your phone.

How it helps keep everything organized and how it helps the team communicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
To much work to use some of the tools like punchlist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have enough projects running to make it worth your while or have big enough projects to see the real effects of using procore.

What I like best would be the customer support. Customer support was keying in transitioning to Procore

I would have to say I dislike the price. Well, not dislike ... I just wish it were a bit less

We didn't really have a bid tracking system to Procore. That part has definitely been a problem solver

Just do it. You will not regret anything about your decision
Great Tool for CM
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use it wherever I go. I can see anything from any job if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are multiple bugs within the SAGE Integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I've had is documentation. Procore gives everyone the ability to see documentation when needed and is in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program really does help with organization within all departments in a company.
Best construction software out there
What do you like best about the product?
The online training videos are very helpful. We are able to just direct new hires or new users to the help page and easily transition people into the new software program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a web based platform, you need to have an internet connection to at least log in to the system. Even the mobile platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to manage our budgets, and our drawings which has been a tremendous help.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you do a demo you'll wish that your current software delivered what Procore offers.
Industry Changing
What do you like best about the product?
The drawing feature is what attracted us to Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The exported forms need improvement big time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has standardized our office procedures and created a single place to find all project related items. It has been a great addition to our software list. I do like their customer service too! They are very responsive and willing to help out whenever needed.

Just do it! It is life changing!
