Excellent Construction Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I think the accessibility of information whether you are on site or in the office is amazing. Nothing compares to Procore on the market. Their customer support is unmatched and their yearly Ground Break event is amazing. They have people from the industry working for them which gives them more incite than your typical software company that does not know about construction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some more editing ability with the mobile app. IT would be nice to be able to offer some PM duties in the app. TO many e-mails, would be nice to be able to modify the e-mail notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our previous issues with poor communication and organization prior to Procore. Before Procore we had no software for CM. IT was realized very quickly that this was an important tool that we were missing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate, take the plunge it is well worth it.

I have not found anything i dislike about the software yet. I have only been using this product for a short time.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is the best web-based construction management software I have ever come across. It is easy to use, easy to learn and has the best features

I like everything about procore. There nothing wich i dont like.

Robust, Function Rich Software!
What do you like best about the product?
The willingness of the support staff to dive in and figure out the solution(s) to any issues I may be experiencing and their ability to provide answers in a quick and timely manner. If they have to reach out to others for the resolutions, they always follow up with an email. Nothing falls through the cracks with them! Procore has definitely improved by leaps and bounds since I used it in 2011-12
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve - not for myself but for those "old school" guys who are reluctant about the newer technology and some of the field guys who just don't have the time to set down and learn how to use the program. It's been tough getting everyone on my team on board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found it useful to our investor agents to be able to go into Procore and view for themselves what is going on with certain projects.
Very useful for contraction projects
What do you like best about the product?
Very good documentations and record. Maintains record of all the paper trails that becomes very helpful in a long run.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a little more user friendly. The format is not currently user friendly for mobile devices.

Managing construction RFIs and submittals
Have been using Procore for about 6 months...love it.
What do you like best about the product?
Mobile availability to important project information. Daily reports, drawings, photos, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling tool needs to be naitive to Procore rather than needing to be opened in MS Project and imported back in.

Company wide standardization. Thourough documentation.

Use it
Good product but needs work. Will be a great product in ten years.
What do you like best about the product?
It is clean and easy to use for most people who are reasonably tech savvy. We do have issues with trades that aren't up to speed with technology, but for the most part, people can understand the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the program is not fully setup. We are constantly dealing with changes. Although, they are improvements usually, they are still difficult to retrain each month. It also causes us to look unprofessional with regards to our trades. I would rather come to Procore in five years when they have everything in place and test the system. Right now, we can only use some pieces of the puzzle because there are so many improvements still needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The financial aspect of Procore is not what we originally expected. There are a lot of continual changes which make the program better, but I wish we weren't such beta testers.
Expanding Not for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Procore allows our users to share information very quickly. My favorite tool is the Drawings tab which make it very easy to update and distribute drawings to our subcontracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion Procore was better when it was simple, i.e. before Tiberline integration. For some the all in once place platform works well. For us we prefer the flexibility to change software if we find one that better fulfills our needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned drawings being shared so easily is a huge benefit. I also like that the submittals and RFI's are all in once place with easy tracking for responses and sharing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Only get the modules you need an will use. For example our company does not have or use the financial tools but we use the project management tools every day

it was easy to share documents for the project. I always got a notification when someone uploaded a new file

I had troubles at the beginning because it was a new software for me but after a little while I was able to understand better
