Good experience using the program as an owner
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to use the workflows that PROCORE offers which makes it very easy to seek approvals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a better planning module. Also it's hard to track costs as an owner. It is geared more for a GC

We are using it to solve the issue of multiple locations of storing project info. Allows for a one stop shop

Bring in a better planning and budgeting tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The drawings tool is the most reliable tool to get the current drawings out to the field right when they need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Invoicing is a little clunky our group has had trouble helping clients understand how the workflow works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily Logs, Meeting Minutes, Photos, Submittals, and Current Drawings to the field. Procore is really easy for any user to enter daily log information. Meeting minutes can be captured and sent out immediately after a meeting in a nice clean format. Photos can be pinned to drawings so we know where they were taken if they are taken close up. Submittal workflow speeds are improved dramatically from spreadsheets and unrelated drawing files. The drawings tool is a click away from being up to date in the field right from the office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hands down the best construction project management software I've used.

What do you like best about the product?
Going to the field with tan iPad Pro and solving problems by page flipping real time info for faster resolution of issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internet speed slows it down especially in prime time hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standing on the project slab solving design/construction issues with all info at my fingertips.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple and useful. Not too much complicated. I watch the procore tutorial videos and easily understand myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I am using this less than one year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking projects on Procore. I can track change orders and purchase orders made by the project manager. It is easy to see if change orders are approved or rejected.

Nothing. The program meets our needs. We use it as sub contractors

All team members can access the job files from a smart phone or their iPad in the field. It limits the back and forth between the office and the field team

This app allows you to review documents such as submittals, drawings and write rfi’s.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app seems to be a bit slow and takes too long refreshing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less paperwork to keep up with and allows you to keep job specific emails separatel.

You won’t be let do
Procore has helped exponentially. The only hard part is using it to it's full potential.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is user friendly, almost anyone can just jump into the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
When Procore sends out reminders people tend to avoid all Procore emails after awhile. Marking the emails as urgent for follow ups may help or may different labeling and subject headers.

Having all information at the palm of your hand is a big thing. I like that it holds everyone accountable for their duties.

The Billing feature isnt flexbible and their are a lot of clicks to complete a task

Procore has been an enormous help in streamlining.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has helped our company streamline many processes - subcontracts, change orders, etc. Things that involved 2 or 3 people now only involve one. I love having all of the project documents in one place, accessible online and at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, Procore feels a little clunky. Sometimes it feels like there is a lot of clicking back and forth between screens to accomplish things, but even in the 6 months or so since implementation, Procore definitely has made improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of individual estimators and project managers having their own spreadsheets with information on jobs, and leaving the admin staff with no idea about job information, it allows the admin staff to answer questions immediately. This saves time for our project managers and estimators from having to return simple phone calls and keeps our subcontractors from having to wait for information that's readily at hand.
