Procore for Business
What do you like best about the product?
I would recommend Procure for your daily management of documents, scheduling and business communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video speeds for training sometimes make it impossible to take notes. I often have repeat the training videos to catch what I missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are the built-in reminders and the task assignments. Procure will assign tasks and will track how a document gets reviewed, approved or edited.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use and tons of training videos and "how tos"

What do you like best about the product?
It is an intuitive interface and allows for a great deal of flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a dedicated commissioning module would make it more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking important project metrics and ensuring organization of information.

The reminder emails are nice. I also like that i can track pretty much everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a dedicated customer service representative and it is hard to send plans.

Very efficient and easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has a very easy to navigate operating system where even the least tech savvy individuals can quickly find exactly what they're looking for. It also provides a great in-mail directory to easily get in contact with the right person in a timely fashion without the hassle of in company operator transferring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I had with procore was at times the operating system would malfunction and not accept my password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability for mass understanding of issues and being able to access building designs at the snap of a finger without the need of paper and a printer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product is revolutionary if you are switching from a pen and paper forum to this software.

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to get a hold of all sub-contractors and keeps everything very organized. I like how i can reach out to subs from specific trades and filter them into a specific geographical area. Outside of just bidding, the program integrates very well with all other software used to run our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
They really is not anything i dislike at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved would be organization. Benefits, the biggest one would be its a huge time saver, especially with the app.

Take time to learn all of what it has to offer.

A user-friendly software with easy access to each task, clear and complete reports, great dashboards to follow the progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Procore lags, other than that, no other reason to dislike it.

Set up and submittal followup. Ability to hold project team members accountable for deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall organization of projects. Having all information accessible to everyone in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling interface. Needs to have better options on which software it works with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have our field teams in sync with all current plans and related project information.
Quick, easy, and lots of options!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is so many options on this, like reviewing the plans, any updates are changed on my procure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike was when I would put in my hours that if I submitted it on the wrong day, i am not able to go back and delete the thing. I would have to contact my boss to change the time to the correct date. And sometimes I would put in the wrong hours and I still can't correct it.

Looking over the plans. Many benefits, like the communication on the app.

Ability to customize the software to match our company's processes & procedures

Items requested sometimes take a long time to be implemented so work arounds are needed in the interim

communication among the contractors, design team, & owner is easy. Helps members of all 3 groups stay up to date on all project related information

great system
Procore, hand downs, has improved our performance and our company in whole.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to not only better manage our projects from start to finish, but to also collect data that can be extrapolated to give us a self-check on our own company's performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is getting the "old-guard" and certain third-parties to buy-in. The quality of the data is only as good as those inputting it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to be more transparent with clients, better organized internally, and maximize our profit margins through finding efficiencies in the process that governs our construction projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it implanted early. Playing catch up after the fact is difficult, but using Procore is worth it on all of your projects in active construction.
