Great for Project Organization and Communication, but Safety and Forms Need Improvement

  • October 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Office to Field Office to Field communications.

As well as being able to organize project setups and standard operating procedures at a company level. Being able to track submittals and RFIs through procore has been a huge help with accountability, and save time with how quickly we are able to pull up information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its safety items. For the Q and S there is not much S. The inspections are fairly rigid in its creation. Not being able to multi select items is a huge detriment to ours currently.

The forms tool is VERY lackluster and has caused us to abandon it in most use cases and use competitors (GoFormz)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have only been at this company when they have had Procore so I cannot say much on the problem solving as I don't know the problems it did not solve. However it got me my job as a company admin so i definintely benefitted from that.

Better Customization Options for User Experience Needed

  • October 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive each tool is, compared to other construction management software
What do you dislike about the product?
Some user experiences could be bI wish the user experience could be more customizable (I.e. have an option for automatic tab opening when selecting a drawing. If I forget to right click and open in a new tab, when I close that sheet to go back to the drawing index it will reset to the top of the drawing set and I then have to scroll back to where I was in the set.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streaming processes that require collaboration across multiple parties.

User-Friendly Platform with Room for Improved Workflow Integration

  • October 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is highly user-friendly, making it simple to collaborate with other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if each workflow could integrate seamlessly with the others. After attending the sessions, I learned that this is possible, but our company still needs to utilize the necessary tools to make it happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating the workflow has been a key aspect of my experience. Bringing different processes together has helped streamline tasks and improve overall efficiency.

Procore Makes Document Management Easy, But Main Pages and Emails Need Improvement

  • October 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to track and manage documents as well as subs in Procore. It's an easy tool for everyone to collect information and collaborate in an innovative and effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the main pages can sometimes just get bogged down with information and then immediately ignored by the general mass of users on a project.

I also dislike the emails having the same header for all distributions because subs immediately often ignore those supposedly "automated" emails instead of reading them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the time it takes to keep all the files in one organized place. Subs generally know where to look and how to access the information most prevalent to them. It solves the field/office communication issues and helps the field have drafts and other options if they don't want to be the final person sending something in.

Seamless Setup, Comprehensive Features

  • October 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely appreciate Procore’s ease of use and how everything is centralized in one place—drawings, contracts, RFI's, submittals, and reports. I love that setting it up was simple, and I can upload everything, letting Procore do a lot of the organizational work automatically. The automated emails are a feature I don't even think most people realize they rely on. But for me, not having to send separate notifications for RFIs or follow up persistently is a huge benefit. Procore bridges communication gaps and ensures everyone is up-to-date with the latest documents, drastically reducing the risk of using outdated information. This system effectively connects developers, owners, and subcontractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore bridges the gap between us, developers, and subcontractors, ensuring everyone is up to date with the latest information, which prevents using outdated data. It simplifies work by organizing uploads like drawings and creates submittal logs automatically, saving time and effort.

Feature-Rich but Overwhelming: Powerful Yet Challenging to Master

  • October 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The range of features provided is impressive and really helps support the entire project process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer number of features can sometimes make it overwhelming to fully understand what the program is capable of. As a result, some people adapt quickly and use it very effectively, while others take longer to learn, which can impact overall efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore gives me the platform to create systems in my day to day life on site, that provide me with efficient tools to get tasks done.
