What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bidding Platform and GC powerhouse was a big driver to switch over
Great for Organization, but Updates Can Be Overwhelming for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps me incredibly organized. Frequent updates keep things running smoothly and it is quite intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although updates are frequent - they sometimes come across as a bit complicated for smaller companies. I.E. the upcoming workflows update while being useful is also making it more difficult on our end specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping our books easily organized and not a hassle to navigate.
Great for Collaboration, but Some Features Are Cumbersome
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Helps with collaboration among coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions require more steps than necessary
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information sharing between vendors, field workers, and office workers.
Consistent Project Management and Fast Vendor Responses with Room for Customization
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things is that when done correctly our projects managers are in theory interchangable, the consistency in our project managers has built a large gap so using the tools as intended makes it quiet simple for anyone to jump in and figure out where the project is. We also noticed that using RFI's has dramatically reduced the response time with our European vendors who do not like having "official" requests pinging them so they answer very quickly. Our customer success team are also extremely helpful and always available to help us through any struggles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quiet a few areas that need some focusing and adding the ability to completely customize the tools. A great example is the daily log, currently very limited although what's really cool is that Procore continues to invest in the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no actual construction dedicated software so managing communication, drawings, scheduling, completely manual. This led to tons of risks and opportunities for failure.
Holistic Project Management, but Inconsistent Account Support
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the holistic approach to the Project life cycle. The tools are effective, the training is best in class, and the Procore team members are rock stars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate that the Customer Success Team continue to grow and move on, but it would be great to have a consistent contact for our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again the approach to all phases of the Project life cycle is unmatched. Since implementation, Procore has positively changed how we drive project success.
User-Friendly Software, but Needs More Field Customization Options
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very user friendly software. Easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more field customizations for different tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document retention and document control. A central place to store our companies important job site information and communications with subs and owners.
Great Integration and Support, but Lacks Directory Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like how all of the tools are able to work together and how the developers are always working on fixing issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot customize the directory, I do not like how you can customize almost everything else but the directory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been having issue with the filtering in the bidding tool and in the 360 reporting so we have been working with the developers to solve the issue.
Great User Experience, No Complaints
What do you like best about the product?
User experience, interface is easy to adapt to. Lots of support.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing I dislike about Procore. Our experience has been great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
providing the site access to integral project data, at their fingertips. Executive access to project health, transparency, one source of truth.
Great Real-Time Visibility and Financial Transparency, but Needs Fewer External Plug-ins
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how much more visibility our field teams get - especially to more real time data. The transparency on project financials is also huge for our organization!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides include external plug INS to complete certain items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Procore has helped is with ease of communication and real time access for all teams to access all project details.
Procore: A Decade of Innovation and Excellence
What do you like best about the product?
I am very enthusiastic about the advancements Procore is making, as they keep improving and pushing things to be better. I appreciate how Procore helps us stay organized by tracking everything in one central location. The BIM capabilities and the ability to quickly create AI agents are particularly beneficial. I also value how we can efficiently manage buys and submittals. Additionally, the constant innovation keeps us excited, and we've been able to utilize the RFI and drawing submission features effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be a little easier to integrate with other projects or with other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Procore keeps me organized by tracking everything in one central location and enhances my work with tools like BIM and AI agents.
