What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the portability allows it to be accessed anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
to many files an sometimes its hard to locate files

Organization of drawings and project files. It works great and it is easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
We love the drawing tool overlay and rfi/submittal organization. Our field uses Ipads for field mobility as well
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still having trouble as a subcontactor getting the interface to the GC websites to wor. The overlay tool is also cumbersome

it feels clunky/difficult to navigate. the way my contractors use it, i can't easily move between projects, and i still can't approve anything entirely within the system.

it helps with organization in the construction process

What do you like best about the product?
Procore offers several different was to store and manage the data for each project. It is relatively easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many options to how you store your data, you can get things lost in the program. You really have to have a standard set up before you start using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to supply our drawings and data to our field real time. We know that they have the latest drawings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up your standards first for where all documents will go and stick to that plan on all projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Accessibility for subcontractors, the ease of use for our field staff as well as our office staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on projects, you have to be added by an Admin in order to even view a project (in house - not for subcontractors)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Submittal and RFI transition has been smooth and painless with PC.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The reason that we are moving away from PC is because our annual price was increasing so we are going with another software.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything that you need for a project can be kept on the site and you can control who is able to see each item.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think being able to customize the home screen would be nice. Every project screen i see is different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep documents very organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It really has everything you need for a project. As a subcontractor it almost has too much. For a general contractor it seems to be very organized.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of how everything is accessed and organized, whether it be RFI's, submittals, meeting minutes, and even uploading drawings is always easy to find. The best part is that everything has a record of changes someone has made so there is history/ a paper trail to every document.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things I dislike is that the architect, at least on our account, can't easily download all RFI's and Submittals for record in bulk, whether at certain points of the project or at the end. We need a record to see what changes were made once this account is no longer in service when the building is done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the hassle of remembering which RFI's/ submittals you have outstanding on which party or consultant to keep everyone accountable. Automatic reminders that are sent to your email every morning also help. It is also an easy website for everyone to be able to understand, including outside consultants and clients alike.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure all your consultants are in the system so you don't have a delay when you wait for their account to be added later on.
