Procore
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is super helpful in getting things done. It has everything I need in one place and I don't need to go all over to look for things. It's super fast and I really like that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike. It's been a learning curve but so far I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With procore I can have everything I need in one place. I use it most for RFI's, Submittals and Change events.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore is such a wonderful website.
Procore for estimating and project handoff.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track drawing revisions throughout bidding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of drawing markup tools and ability to share markups.

Tracking submittals. Less project coordinator time spent.

Procore updates their app frequently and it breaks on us. Users have to relearn the ui

Safety issues, drawing coordination, removing silos between project twams
Procore Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of being accessed anytime I need it in or out of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insurance compliance and daily notifications to only the admins of our company. Would like to see the email reminders go to the subcontractors as well. This would save us the headache of daily train email of expired compliance documents and put the hot seat on the subcontractor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are allowed to mainstream our projects and share with our subs in ONE place! Uploads, pictures, plans....
Standardizing Processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like that now all PM's are all using the same format for RFI's, submittals, punchlists, change orders etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Bidding features are lacking features our older system had (sort by costcode).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's standardized where you can find information for any given project

Use the support articles, email, and live chat. Also hold monthly meetings among users to swap information and tips.

Organization of drawings and project files. It works great and it is easy to use
We have implemented and currently performing 25 projects in Procore
What do you like best about the product?
We love the drawing tool overlay and rfi/submittal organization. Our field uses Ipads for field mobility as well
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still having trouble as a subcontactor getting the interface to the GC websites to wor. The overlay tool is also cumbersome

We love the organization of the system

it feels clunky/difficult to navigate. the way my contractors use it, i can't easily move between projects, and i still can't approve anything entirely within the system.
