Very easy to use and all the information is at your fingertips no matter if you are using a computer in the office or tablet in the field

Budget section is a little confusing and does not integrate with SAGE 300 as promised.

Daily logs are being done now so we have better accountability on jobs for all levels of management. Field supervision as well as project managers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We evaluated several options and found procore to be the best overall provide in project management software. There support is amazing for the product and they are continuosly upgrading options.

Well, Procore is the ideal tool to control, manage projects.

The ability to communicate with the subcontractors.

Adding to the directory can be challenging if the subcontractor changes employers.

Wen there are changes the ease of notifying the entire team.

Would like a drop down menu for equipment on dailys that transfers to all jobs

Procore makes everything more efficient after the learning curve. Very helpful to have Owner, General, Subs, Architects, Inspectors, etc..all on the same page. Speeds up sending out bid invitations. Cuts down on paper waste, faster response time for submittals and RFIs, I could really go on and on....

DO IT!!!!!!!!!!! You won't regret it!

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile App. It allows at the touch of a finger to have all of the pertinent information easily accessible. It is easier to view drawings and specifications than it is on the web based, which in my opinion is the way it should be, money is always made or lost where the boots meet the ground. The searchable feature on the specifications is very useful as well and also the drawing links from detail to details
What do you dislike about the product?
How procore emails and the fact you cannot verify that the emails are actually being sent when sending out RFQ's and or plan changes. It would be nice if there was way to see that the email/notification was sent and recieved/read by the intended person/s. Also I would like to see the emails come across a little differently for each notification, they all start looking the same to the subs and I believe they are not reading and or opening up what Procore is sending them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem of getting the information to the subs in a timely manner. The days of keeping our own logs and tracking are done, if properly set up Procore will do the work for you and notify subs/suppliers/designers/owners when something is late. Benefits are that everything is one place from cradle to grave....a little more work to get started on a project when you first roll out Procore but once you are up and running everything is quicker from writing commitments to sending in pay applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Hmm...where do I start? The convenience of having all of the drawings on my ipad, easy to send docs/drawings etc. to subs for bidding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have more than one calibration on one drawing or be able to set the scale as some drawings have more than one detail with different scales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easing the coordination to all parties involved on a project...subs, owner, foreman, etc. is by far the best benefit of having Procore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Procore! If you're doing any kind of construction over 1M in revenue I think it's a must have!
A tool for everything you need in construction
What do you like best about the product?
This platform truly serves as a one-stop shop for the entire construction process. It covers everything you might need, from preconstruction and early design stages to bidding, buyout, kickoff, execution, quality control, safety, operations, punch lists, and turnover—and the list goes on. Over the past several years, they have done an impressive job adapting to industry demands and changes, and the system has become noticeably more streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe their support, particularly regarding data analytics, could use improvement. Communication about updates has sometimes failed to reach the appropriate people, which has led to some problems—especially during the transition from analytics 1.0 to 2.0. Overall, support is generally good in most situations. However, the available Procore training resources seem to be geared more toward administrators, rather than end users like superintendents, field engineers, or project engineers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation of information has been huge. We were keeping project files in multiple locations which made it hard to track down once the job was finished, but Procore keeps everything connected to the specific project.
