Procore brings all project information—such as documents, schedules, budgets, and more—into one unified platform, which reduces confusion and helps keep everyone aligned on project goals.
The Procore software boosts efficiency and productivity, enhances project transparency, and supports better financial control. I also like the cloud-based access, and how it promotes safety and compliance across the team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Users mainly dislike Procore because of its high, non-transparent pricing, steep learning curve, and heavy administrative overhead. Although it’s a dominant tool for large enterprises, these same factors can make it frustrating to adopt and use for smaller firms or specialized trades.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is designed to bring the “chaos” of construction projects into a single source of truth, helping address key industry challenges such as data silos and communication delays. By bringing office and field teams together on one platform, it aims to improve productivity and support more predictable outcomes.
Centralizes Project Management, Boosts Coordination
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Procore centralizes everything into one platform, creating a single source of truth for my entire project team. It's great having drawings, RFIs, submittals, photos, daily logs, and cost information all connected. This reduces the back-and-forth and minimizes the risk of teams working with outdated information. The field coordination is especially valuable to me. I find the mobile app impressive; it makes it easy to capture photos, update daily logs, and reference documents right from the site. This improves accuracy and keeps communication timely. Procore’s effectiveness in enhancing transparency, accountability, and collaboration among the field, office, subcontractors, and consultants helps projects move faster and with fewer surprises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some workflows can feel more complex than necessary, and the interface can be overwhelming for new users. Improved navigation, search functionality, and more flexible reporting and customization options would enhance the overall experience.

Procore solves document control, communication, and visibility issues. It centralizes communication, ensuring teams use current information, and provides real-time insights into changes and costs, reducing errors, delays, and rework. It also organizes financial impacts and improves field coordination.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore offers trainings that are very easy to complete and packed with a lot of good information. They help me understand what I need to do as a project manager, like handling punch lists. I appreciate that the software makes estimating and project management easier for me. Plus, I found the initial setup of Procore to be very straightforward and easy.

Procore provides me with better, easier software for estimating and project management. The trainings are simple and informative, helping me understand PM tasks like punch lists. It aids in my career prep as an estimator and potential project manager.

I like the way Procore distributes information and how it keeps you up to date. Also, I found the initial setup very simple and I've been using it for several years.

Sometimes it seems too complex to create the reports, a lot of information that might be repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore improves communication, facilitates the updating of plans and requests for information (RFI), distributes information effectively, and keeps me up to date in my construction work.

What do you like best about the product?
As an architect, I recommend using Procore. It keeps drawings, RFIs, submittals, and site communication in one place, which makes coordination much smoother and reduces back-and-forth. Since most contractors already use it, it also helps keep everyone aligned and protects the design intent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost, learning curve, not necessary for all types of projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Procore because it allows us to input data and share things in real time, which is super helpful for running a custom cabinet division. The up-to-date information and photos showing what is going on at the site are really useful for checking the progress and accuracy of the job. Additionally, the setup was very simple to do, making it easy to fit it to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it confusing that the actual shop drawings showing our very specific needs are not in the drawing module but in submittals. A sub-menu for shop prints, even if it's viewable only with certain permissions, would be helpful to find them quickly without having to check through all the submittals.

I use Procore to input data and share information in real time. It provides up-to-date information and photos to check progress and accuracy on jobs.

I like the levels of documentation that Procore provides. The ability to easily communicate with people on the platform and onboard new people changes the game for sure. I'm also a big fan of being able to indicate issues immediately through the ping system. Procore gave me better insight into the functionality within a project management software, and it allows for easier communication and records documentation. The initial setup was very easy, and I'm very likely to recommend it to others.

The Price point, its hard to justify as a small company however the product is very beneficial.

Procore gives me a better insight into project management software, simplifies communication and records documentation, and offers immediate issue indication with its ping system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the user interface of Procore is. Navigating the site doesn't feel overwhelming because of its simplicity, yet it offers high-level functionality, giving me room to personalize Procore to be effective for me. The drawings feature is particularly helpful for collaborating between an on-site crew and the office. Setting up Procore was very simple; logging in and getting through the certification was engaging and clear.
