What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can upload and edit Excel spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that I can upload files, drawings, RFIs, Submittals, Reports, and create folders and organize them however I want. It's pretty much like a all in 1 Construction Software that is user friendly.
I also like that Procore features act like a drive on which I can store a variety of documents included drone images accessible anywhere and anytime. I use this software daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows me to access most of my documents and files (i.e. drawings, RFIs, Submittals, Reports, Coordination files, jobsite drone images...) in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using Procore are it helps you with organization of a project and allows you to see plans, create observations, create punchlists, and notify trade partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing in procore is the learning curve. It is a little hard to get used to the software and takes some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of notifying trade partners with specific details once finding an observation or punch list.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is by far one of the most user friendly construction programs out there (and there are several). However, the support available at any moments time and ease of use supersedes my expectations when working in a fast paced construction industry. There is absolutely nothing Procore does not cover. I've been using Procore for over 15 years and have always had an amazing experience with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upload times sometimes with large files when you're working in a fast paced construction setting.

Integrating several programs used into 1 Platform (Procore).

What do you like best about the product?
Procore offers a comprehensive suite of tools designed specifically for construction management. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, even for site teams. Modules like RFIs, Submittals, and Daily Logs work seamlessly and offer great transparency across teams. The document control and version tracking are reliable and ensure the project team is always working off the latest information. The mobile app is robust and supports remote collaboration well, especially in field conditions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Procore is feature-rich, some modules can feel too rigid, especially when adapting to local construction practices outside the U.S. The customization capabilities for workflows and forms are somewhat limited compared to tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud. Integration with cost management tools and external ERPs also requires more flexibility. Additionally, reporting and dashboard customization can be improved to match project-specific KPIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps solve the biggest challenge in construction — fragmented communication and lack of centralized data. By providing a common platform for project teams, consultants, and contractors, it ensures everyone is working from the same set of documents and real-time information. This significantly reduces errors caused by outdated drawings, miscommunication, or unclear workflows.

For me as a digital construction consultant, it benefits our projects by streamlining workflows like RFIs, submittals, site diaries, and safety inspections. It eliminates the need for multiple disconnected tools, improving efficiency and accountability. Field teams capture data directly via mobile, which improves transparency and decision-making speed. Overall, it supports better collaboration, quality control, and project tracking — essential for large-scale construction.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the most intuitive software I have ever used. Everything you can think of that you need, it has, and even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its alot to remember. They are a lot of little settings and ways of doing the same thing over, and that can get tidious to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping track of payroll and daily reports.
