Great Support and Continuous Development, but Frequent Updates Can Be Overwhelming

What do you like best about the product?
There is always help: from your CSE & AM, Procore support, Live Chat, and Training Center. It is always developing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is always developing with is great; however, it can be a lot at one time so a matter of staying up to date with current changes. The webinars are helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us streamline our processes and track all items of a project in one unified place.

What do you like best about the product?
The full integration of tools makes it a one stop shop for all things construction related. It's also incredibly easy to use and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a downside to using Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having multiple tools that integrate and talk to each other allows me to seamlessly move between tools without missing a beat.

What do you like best about the product?
Streamline coordination with all partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I like it very much and use it everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling. At present we use Primevera. Provide is upgrading their scheduling tool to allow users to create and manage schedules in Procore.

Customer service sometimes does not help at all

It is the best for processing the invoicing and contractor and vendors can do it by themself

Connecting the field and office in real time

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore connects the Field and Office in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when ERP is down b/c it brings everything accounting and admin need to do in order for us to pay our sub and for us to get paid to a grinding halt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to do daily field reports, inspections and punch lists in real-time and on the go

Great Customization in ProCore Reports, but Needs Better Comparison and Visual Appeal

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize and build reports based off of any criteria that is entered into the ProCore Jobs
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the ability to customize and compare the same metrics across different reports. However, I find that the reports are not aesthetically pleasing and often require transformation before they are suitable for executive use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to better track finances and get accurate reporting and a project by project basis. Additionally the ability the get very granular with all data points allows for closer inspection of each project.

Great Support Team, but Release Communication Could Improve

What do you like best about the product?
I love my customer support team, especially JIll L., Riley H., Emily W. and many more! Tool is very easy to use and configurations are well supported to implement new and updated releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting a clear idea of releases to align our own business strategies doesn't always align, but our CSM team work well with us to keep us in the know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is as much an all in one software that serves as our platform of record. Easy for our users and external clients and trades.
